I was in a bit of a rush to get it as I didn’t know how long it would take for the EC01 to arrive, so I decided to buy from a UK seller - but will definitely check the Ali store next time. The price for one cell isn’t too different from what I paid, but £12.04 for two of the 4500mAh cells is definitely a bargain!

@Freeme, I have the same issue, I ordered and got delivered a 5000K Version, but its definitely same tint as the 5700K or 6000-6500K versions that my fried got delivered.
I have mentioned already in Post No. #567 as I received my.

I just received four EC01 5000K supposedly, but haven’t even unpacked them waiting for the cells… Not home right now but will surely check on monday. However i’m not worried since the 6500K version was more NW then CW and i was fine with it.

Hi to all affected of the 5000K problem. I received email from androidservice@banggod signed by Michelle in wich they apologise and offered me 10$ for the mistake, BUT i have already been contacted them about the problem before Freeme collected our order numbers. So what i am asking is does someone else have been contacted from banggood and what resolution of the problem are we expecting, are those 10$ what i can consider a good resolution or not and do i have to wait to be contacted again if this mail is due to my request to them will i have to wait another or this is it.
And maybe the most important can we know if in next order if we choose the 5000K EC01 that they are no longer spending mislabelled 6500k because i want to have that 5000K EC01 in the end. Con someone confirm that the have cleared this issue.

@freemee: i confirm all four EC01 i received are labeled 5000K but are the same as 6500K.

$10 refund is a decent offer to me. I would take the offer if i were you. If you don't like the light, simply put it on sale in you online local marketplace, you could probably earn a few more extra bucks with it.

Banggood's decision is to send your light back to BG for full refund. Registered mail shipping fee will be absorbed by Banggood.

Banggood will also offer a 30% discount coupon for their flashlight category for the affected buyers.
