I have the Wizard Pro headtorch and I have dropped it smashing the glass. Is it a replaceable part and if so how much is it, and does the glass come out easy? the bezel seems well stuck on.

I ordered a Prime C2 Pro and I didn’t receive a tracking number on the email. There’s also no tracking number on my profile on the website. Apparently Armytek uses DHL. How can I get the tracking number?
I use my headlight quite a lot for work and carry it in my trouser pouch at the front. It just fell out one day fell from pocket height to a solid floor and cracked the glass side to side with 3 smaller cracks from middle going up.
