*BLF LT1 Lantern Project) (updated Nov,17,2020)

Got a message this morning from Sofirn with the LT1 code.
It says: “Note: LT1 starts a preorder on Nov 15. Order will be shipped in 15 days.”
Does this mean this is the second batch?

Ordered it trough amazon.de and de delivery is scheduled between Wednesday 11 december and Monday 6 januari.

Awesome! Thank you, ToyKeeper!

I got the same PM from Sofirn and have the same question.

Just ordered mine

Is “mine” singular or plural?

Does the second batch have any improvements over the first one? Should we order now if we want to buy from the second batch ?

is there a way to order from other than Amazon? Banggood or Aliexpress?

For other Anduril lights I would like to see a momentary turbo like on Narsil. Anduril momentary mode goes to where you last had the ramp set at. It would nice if could go to turbo as well. Hope you can add this to the code sometime.

my neighbor backed out…should i just PM back that I am not using the code?

I just received a PM form Sofirn with a one time code for Amazon. I’m at numbers 813, 814, 815, 816, 2558, 2559, 2560, 2561. Does this mean for one lamp or I have one time to order all the lamps I signed up for, or the first group of 4?

Even having read every post in this thread, I’m unsure and don’t want to jump the line, plus looking forward to possible color options. (Go red!)

It should only allow you to purchase one lantern.

True, but one would expect an aluminium flashlight to come out on top in a head to head against pine trim lol

Thanks, ordered one, est. delivery Dec 23, 2019 - Jan 21, 2020.

And just like that my hopes of giving these as Christmas gifts are long gone. I got a code for one since all my lanterns over #1000 on the list except for one.

what about a Happy Saint Patrick’s Day gift

Christmas next year maybe?

Déjà Vu ?

i was able to order of amazon australia store using my code from the original PM,

Several folks have been receiving lanterns in 3 weeks or less. YMMV.

Sorry for the off-topic post… This isn’t really related to the lantern. It’s about other Anduril-based lights.

It can already do momentary mode at the maximum level… it just requires ramping up to that level first.

The tricky part is that, on most lights, the highest level isn’t in the ramp by default. And momentary can only go as high as the ramp does. But if this is not what the user wants, the ramp ceiling can be raised with just a few clicks. That’s how I usually configure really throwy flashlights. It’s handy having a momentary turbo on throwers, so I made sure it was possible to do that.

To raise the ceiling all the way:

  • 1 click: Turn the light on.
  • 4 clicks: Go to ramp config mode.
  • 0 clicks: Wait for the second prompt.
  • 1 click: Set the ceiling to maximum.
  • 0 clicks: Wait another few seconds to exit config mode.

This only needs to be done one time, and then momentary mode can use the turbo level.

Turbo is also available in sort of a momentary fashion by doing a double click while on.

About the lantern though, it already has its ceiling levels set as high as they can go, by default. So this isn’t an issue on the lantern unless the user manually lowers the ceiling level(s).
