I bought this light, in blue color, directly from Sofirn 22 days ago, 2 days after I complete the purchase it said that it was “Shipped” and I received the tracking number. All good,nice.
But to my surprise after all this time the tracking number still shows “Logistic order has been created”. This is strange, so I messaged Sofirn asking about it and a lady said: “C01s is short of stock, so we have not send it yet”.
It’s not my first time buying from them and I never had a problem, but I think this is not the most correct way, they should have told me that before I complete the purchase. Or am I wrong? Did it ever happened to any of you before? On their page it says that they have 40’s units of each color, except red… strange.
Yes, it happened to me twice with Sofirn. Same situation has happened with BLF edition of C01S, they essentially told me where to stick it, didn’t even say they’re sorry. I understand that they are mainly wholesaler and manufacture for different brands but it would be nice if they would work on their customer service a bit.
I ordered the BLF C01S in time, but got a blue C01S. Maybe they thought that was better than nothing . Fortunately someone over at TLF sold his sample to me, and actually yes, the blue one was better than nothing. Got my money back and kept it.
Perhaps they are getting larger and their customer service instead of improving is deteriorating. It is strange because I had a completely different impression of Sofirn, so far.
When OFF, screw down the battery case to turn on and modes from low-high; unscrew the battery case to turn off.
When On, unscrew the battery case to turn off and then rapidly screw down the battery case to change mode; no memory function and default brightness is High mode
So no bawling when you get one and it is H-L like the colored ones.
