What kind of blade is it used here and where can I buy spare blades?

No 22 / 24 probably won’t work, the openings are larger. 10 has a similar shape and is smaller - so unless it interferes with the body, it would be a nice option.
Looks like a #11 to me, but there are plenty of options:
I think #25 might also work.

I’ve got the Klarus Ti Scal which uses the same type of blades. Nice tools! And you’re always prepared if someone needs a laryngotomy. You never know. Can open parcels, too.
