Sofirn is trying to make sure the inventory information is correct. But the warehouse system of sofirn is not good enough. It hapens when the system tells there is some inventory but warehouse staff can not find it. Or when the system tells no inventory but the warehouse staff find one or two units. Sofirn need to improve the management of warehouse.

I ordered a Q8 diffuser the first day the site was mentioned here on BLF. With the $2 off coupon it was $.99 shipped. It turned out to be not in stock, but I got notified it was shipped today, so that item is in stock now. I plan to modify the diffuser with a cone reflector on the inside to give my Q8 the ability to act like an LT1.

I bought many flashlights from Sofirn. One was defective, Sofirn immediately sent a new one. Purchased on Aliexpress. I love the Sofirn brand. Cheap and quality flashlights. Direct purchase has one drawback. You buy directly from the manufacturer, so you have no buyer protection. He is not an independent judge to decide your dispute. The Aliexpress Dispute Center works well. I had about 6 disputes, I won them all. To buy directly from Sofirn, he would have to offer a significantly better price than on Aliexpress.

Noticed. Very strange. Must be a glitch in the system. Were batteries involved?

Ordered a holster. First try as accessory on the BLF Q8 page. Said it was sold out.
Second try as accessory on the Sofirn Q8 page: add to cart.
A few minutes ago it is the other way around.

I guess their IT-system apparently has some room for improvement.

But the T&T shows movement on my order :slight_smile:

I have the same shipping option unavailable problem, and I’m in the US. Sent an email to sofirnlight@gmail.com, haven’t heard back yet.

I worked with Sofirn tech support, and now shipping is available to my home address in the US. If the site hasn’t worked for you before, try again, I think they put in a systematic fix.

I also confirmed that the shipment will be coming from China, so the usual transit time applies.
