Hi everyone, i´m new here from Portugal! I have this power suply for 2 days and I updated the firmware to V1.25 and since then when I turn off the power suply it keeps the power light flashing, is it normal? Aren’t you supposed to be totally turned off? Thank you
it is normal, that is breathing light, you press the power button but there is still power connected to the input, It ’s like when you turn off the TV with the remote control, the TV is just in standby state, you do n’t remove the plug.

I just received this power supply, and it works great.
Is there any way to set the default state to off whenever you plug it in the wall socket? I have a main power switch on my workbench and whenever I power the bench on, the supply boots and it remains on, I would like it to remain off…

when we design this, we set it defalut on to test if it can work normally, and you can use the power button below the screen to control the on/off status, for now it cannot be changed
we plan to release it(60V24A) this year, maybe by the end of 2020, not sure about the exact time

I recently got the RD6006 and I love it!
However, when I connect to it over USB, the desktop app says it can’t recognize this version.
The unit shipped with firmware v1.26.
What can I do to make them communicate?
When will you be making the 20 amp or larger amperage model like this ?
