Curious if you received a confirmation email? Placed my order as guest and checked out thru paypal but never received one.
I placed an order on 12-26-19 and did not receive an order confirmation. All I got was an e-mail from Paypal on 12-30 of a shipping notice with USPS tracking number. I got my PL47G2 in the mail today, 1-3-20 so 8 days over a holiday, acceptable to me.
No notification, but from their track record, I have no doubt we will get our
New toy(s) in a timely manner!

Orders from US warehouse stock can be shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday, Weekends orders will be shipped on next Monday.

Are the 21700 batteries common products in US market, easy to get locally in store?
We plan to stock some good 21700s in CA warehouse
I could not find a good source locally. A few Vape shops had them, but at high price and lower spec. I wound up buying from Li Ion Wholesale, and shipping ran $8-9 for 8 batteries.
Not in local stores, but easily available online.
Grey SST20 NW 5000K Arrived yesterday. Really impressed with this flood. Don’t know why I got it since I have enough lights LOL, but the beam is very nice and the light is quite useable in most situations- great flood with good throw. Quality is high. I would think this would be a fine all around light for many and I plan on using it a lot this winter.
