✌ FREEME - ASTROLUX MF05 SBT90.2 7000lm 3000m+ Thrower Searchlight - $390 (restocked) + Free Charger

This would be a very good host for the broadband green Osram ‘white flat’ emitter (already hitting a very impressive 720kcd in the Noctigon K1). My wild guess for that emitter in the host would be around 5-6Mcd. (I wonder, if anybody will do that mod)

Also, this looks like a bit far from being a budget friendly portable flashlight - similar to a professional grade tele lens for photography.

But with this weight balance (mass center heavily biased towards the head), using this on a photo tripod would be a great strain for the tripod head - probably would need counterweights for that.

Nevertheless, those cooling fins and that narrow reflector looks crazily impressive.

Interested but it’s probably going to be out my price range. Do you know the weight and how wide the head is?

I think it’s the first time that an 8x18650 battery tube looks petite.

Apparently it’s 3.5km which is 3.06 Mcd. Some ppl on reddit are saying that’s too much but the head looks quite big. Probably 6+ inches.

Interested. What is the head diameter? I would like to see a pic of it side by side with the MF04

Interested, depending on price/specs

I am in to. This is a must have for every flashaholic.

Interested, dependent on price cause GT90 is already ordered. =D

No idea if it will be remotely within my budget but this thing looks too nuts to not at least be interested in. Can’t wait to see more specs.

Interested.

Never ever gonna get enough money to get this :weary:

Interested!

Interested. Looks like the prototype that Neal posted before. Look at that FT03 for comparison.

I`m interested :person_facepalming: but my wallet keeps whispering “You can`t afford it, dumb ass” hopefully I`ll be able to convince it otherwise…by the time this gets released. :smiling_imp:

That looks insane. I just really hope they go with a 1 piece handle and not two extender tubes twisted together.
