Orders from US warehouse stock can be shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday, Weekends orders will be shipped on next Monday.
USPS FC takes 2-5 days to deliver the packages. So most orders can arrive timely.

Are the 21700 batteries common products in US market, easy to get locally in store?
We plan to stock some good 21700s in CA warehouse
I could not find a good source locally. A few Vape shops had them, but at high price and lower spec. I wound up buying from Li Ion Wholesale, and shipping ran $8-9 for 8 batteries.

Grey SST20 NW 5000K Arrived yesterday. Really impressed with this flood. Don’t know why I got it since I have enough lights LOL, but the beam is very nice and the light is quite useable in most situations- great flood with good throw. Quality is high. I would think this would be a fine all around light for many and I plan on using it a lot this winter.

Been playing around with it, on turbo it seems to be a bug killer; attracted to the
Light, they seem to come spiraling down in the air. And crash?
Is that normal? 
—My guess is that it fried their retinas (or equivalent) blind, and they
crash landed.

I just got mine today and it only has 2 lights in the button and No Turbo mode and no Aux lights. Man, Now I gotta send it back. Bummed.
I did all the 7 click resets and the battery pull. No help. Sigh !!!
Update… The problem was between my ears. I needed to learn how to use it. It’s amazing. My favorite light. Now, I need to add the FT03 to my kit.

Thank you for producing what seem to be excellent flashlights. I have a d4v2 ti and really like it, but my wife likes it now so it’s pretty much hers now:/…that’s okay. I want something more powerful now and am will to go up in size by a little and think the E07 would be perfect. However, I’m trying to a bit more frugal given the pandemic, so I wanted to ask if there was going to be a sale soon or if you knew of any coupon codes that would make the price a little easier to swallow.
