I only ordered one time from Neals in November, and the order shipped out very quickly, got it in my mail within 8 days which is unheard of from all the years ordering from China. Received exactly what ordered. I didn’t have to communicate with Neal before or after the sale so can’t comment on that.
Ok , I know, some of you will think I found the wrong thread . I have had a lot of dealings with Neal, both him sending to me and me sending to him. I could probably write a fairly lengthy book on the number of things gone wrong , but I will say he keeps trying… I mean that his intentions remain good and he doesn’t quit, so surely he’ll get the hang of it soon. As a token of my confidence in this I just ordered from him again. Not gonna sweat timings and will expect to get the semi-odd item I ordered…
The question here is, what are the markings on the box?
Because Neal is not the manufacturer. He is a reseller. If the maker put the wrong light in the box that is NOT his fault.

Only been dealing with Neal’s Gadget’s for just over 1 year… Zero Issue’s…
I had a good experience with NG. I ordered a nightwatch + 40t from ng. Everything went fine; think it took ~3-6 weeks for the light to arrive, within my expectations.
I emailed him a couple days after originally ordering, asking to cancel the battery, but didn’t get an answer & received + paid for the battery in the end. No big deal, I didn’t really expect the cancellation to happen anyway. I had just ordered other batteries and it just became redundant. I think buyers should fulfill their obligation to pay for all items ordered anyway.
Overall a fine experience, and I will order from ng again. A suggestion would be to hire someone for customer service, but I assume his business does not allow for that.
I ordered the SBT90.2 on 01/07 and it arrived ~01/18 safe and sound, boxed and well packaged. Thanks Neal, this is my 2nd order and both were satisfactory. This one looks like it came from a California warehouse which explains the fast s/h.
In other words, to some on the BLF, its acceptable to post Positive comments in the Negative thread, you’re just not allowed to post Negative comments in the Positive thread.
New guy here, and my first “good” light was ordered through Neal 2 weeks ago. I got what was promised and couldn’t be happier with his communication and product. Great from end to end.
