Yes, I got the same 319AT from MTN. The MCPCB was perfect for the D10 since the plus/minus contact pads were on the same side and I didnāt have to extend a wire.
I kept the stock driver so Iām not sure how hard it would be to replace.

I bought mine for around $ 26 each, on sale or with a coupon code though.
Certainly looks like it. Donāt think Iād trust any come-with cell, though, so go for the one without.
Any 20mm TIR lens fits. I got a whole assortment and they all work fine. I imagine Simon sells 20mm lenses, too, for the S2+, so offhand Iād say yes.
All those cheap USB charging headlamps (a.f.a.i.k.) donāt have current regulation though.
They just have some resistors to limit the current, and they use PWM dimming for the brightness levels.
This means that the brightness of any mode depends on the voltage of the battery (which depends on the charge of the battery).
Even that Eagle Eye not so expensive headlamp works like this.
