I am trying to buy my group buy LT1s from Amazon but it won’t let me add more than 1 to my cart. I was on the group buy list for 8 but I have only received 1 so far. I would line to place my order for the other 7 (2 with batteries and 5 without).

I bought some Sofirn 26650 batteries from the Sofirn Store. The description said 5000 mAh, but both of the pictures showed 55000 mAh.
I figured it was an old description that got overlooked, or a typo. I ASSUMED that the pictures were unquestionable solid proof of what you will get. Wrong, I received 5000 mAh batteries.
Confusing, so I emailed Sofirn a couple of days ago. Still waiting for a reply.
Sofirn posted a comment here somewhere recently saying they could no longer get the 5500mAH cells. Shockli also posted that the OEM who made the 5500mAH cells has stopped production. I ordered a few of the Vapcell 5500mAH from Illumn before they sold out.
I did not see the posts about it. I wouldn’t have ordered the Sofirn 26650’s had I known that. Wish they would have pulled the pictures of the 55000 mAh units when they knew they could no longer get them.
I was mistaken. The info from Sofirn was not a post on BLF. It was on Sofirnlight.com.
“I was told BLFers really like PLB 26650 cells, so I got some 5000mAh 26650 flat top cells. Sadly 5500mAh cells are discontinued.”

I’m not trying to justify the mistake Sofirn made by showing incorrect info when you ordered, I just wanted to let anyone reading this thread know that the 5500mAH cells are no longer being manufactured.

I tried to order an SP33 V2 from their site. After a week it hadn’t shipped, so I inquired about the order. That’s when they told me it was out of stock, and I could wait or cancel my order (at the time, it still showed as in stock and for sale, which was changed the next day). I canceled my order without a problem, but also lost the ability to use the 10% coupon for any other order.
I like the two Sofirn lights I own (C01S and SP10S) but even their own website has stock and shipping issues (I have had problems with shipping numbers not showing progress when ordering from their store on Ali and have had to go through Paypal for a refund).
I ordered an SP40 as a gift on 1/13 and it was shipped on the 14th and just past customs in SF on the 25th, still haven’t received it yet, but should usually be 3 days from CA to WA, so will probably receive it tomorrow. So I guess I lucked out on something in stock. With so many stores on AliExpress, BangGood, Amazon etc…I’m not surprised their inventory system isn’t always synced/accurate. But when they do ship, it seems to be OK.
Buying directly from them how long does it take to receive order in US? anyone know when the Chinese New year is over?
ordered Dec 31, cleared US customs and LA distribution center Jan 22. However, I still don’t have it. Its in my town now, so I’m thinking likely tomorrow, but USPS track doesn’t show a date still. 
Fortunately this is a gift I don’t need until Thursday, so I think it will sneak in just in time.

To long for me! I think I will keepy hopes up for an Amazon code for the sp36 with batteries.
I ordered three flashlights on 1/9, and the tracking has not worked since the shipment date of 1/11. I have no idea if my package will be delivered or not. Could have been rejected by customs…?

That’s the same thing that happened to me, and when I contacted Sofirn, they said the product was never actually shipped even though the label was created; they were waiting for supply. I canceled the order.
I am going to cancel my order. I’ve had it with this waiting in the dark (see what I just did there, LOL) wondering what in the world is going on with my order.
Took 3 weeks for my order to come. I never checked for tracking and always expect long shipping times. If over a month I start to pay attention. You have 6 months for a PP dispute.
I’m thinking of purchasing a C8F from the Sofirn store. Would this be a bad idea?
Expect longer shipping times now due to Chinese New year break and corona virus. They probably won’t ship until mid February. Otherwise my experience from them had been good (SP40 purchase). Had the CW version of c8F, now a LH351D 90CRI has been ordered through their direct site. Will let folks know when it arrives.
I ordered in late December, received in early February. Nearly half that time was USPS, not the Chinese side. I would order directly from Sofirn again.
