That’s not government B.S. That’s what was in my head because I hadn’t heard about the Coronavirus until now. Your question asked about shipping from BG and AE, not by BG and AE.
As far as I heard, the virus is transmitted from person to person by airborne droplets.

That is likely true but the cargo is flown in by people aka flight crews that may come in contact with cargo handlers,in other countries that come in contact with transport workers that come in contact with postal workers that all go home to there families and friends.
It's best for everyone to wait 2 weeks or so for the virus to be controlled at the source first then start weighing economic impact.
