Love it. Interested in 3. Wondering about an 18350 tube for compact size. And some kind of base for stability.

Definitely interested!

The lead time on this should work out to be a lot shorter than the LT1 ideally!

I’d be interested in one for my car depending upon price!

If the BLF LT1M-Mini will work with a protected 18650, then put me down for two instead of one.

(I'll get one for me and one for the family.  They only use protected 18650 cells.)

You know what this light needs? A big, strong, tail magnet like the one in my D4S.

I am in for one!!

Funny, I just asked for one to be made not too long ago. Dream came true!

I hope this have a slow beacon mode so the kiddies know where our campsite is.

It will, as i tested the host with a sleeve and the longest protected 18650 i have, fits & works great in the LT1M prototype.

it will be a lot less time than the full size LT1, as now we have a great developed firmware, and a tested host that fits the design very well.

I don’t mean to be disrespectful- does this light have practicality?

The form does not seem logical to me, but I do not know much about the design function, or original LT1.

It seems to me that a design like Nitecore’s LA10/LR12, or their other lanterns, or Lumintop E05C, or any small style light + diffuser would be lighter/less fragile/more portable.

Maybe the diffuser of the LT1 works better? Also the adjustable tint is very cool.

Is it mainly just a cool light to add to the collection?

Yeah, the LT1 has a much better light distribution/pattern than a torch with a diffuser, or indeed any other lantern i’ve experienced, there’s a distinct lack of glare from the source. It’s how a lantern should be.
And as DBSAR describes the light from this mini in a similar vein i’m satisfied it’ll be just as good and will be buying unseen, not for the novelty but for the practicality.

Awesome!

That's what I wanted to hear.

I'm really looking forward to this mini-lantern.

(My family and I don't own any lanterns.)

Do you live at home with your parents?
May I ask how old you are?

It's kinda rude to ask someone if they live with their parent and how old they are.

I'll answer you, but I hope you won't be insulting.

...

I live with my mom, sister, and niece.

I am 43 years old.

I like living with my family, and cannot afford to not live with them.

We own the land and the house on our land, and rent around here is very pricey.

I wasn’t trying to be rude ,I guessed you were a lot younger than that ,its a sort of a compliment I think , especially if I actually know what you look like , lol. There’s nothing wrong with living with your parents ,like you say it’s much cheaper , my brother is 53 & still lives with dad.
