I never win nothing!!. Thanks to Vectrex, Jacky and all people on this incredible forum!!!.

An Enlan el08 is incoming

Starleaf hasn't been on for a while I hope he even sees that he has won... I contacted him via PM.

Thanks Vectrex for that :-) And thank you Jackyhu. Well this was a great surprise. I was waiting to place my next order just in case I should win, and so I did so this was a welcomed gift.

My last two orders that was delivered in a quite quick time (around 9days with HK mail) included Ganzo G704, SRM 728, SRM 710 silver, and a Ganzo G710. For a quick review, the SRM's have very nice build quality (nothing new to anybody I suppose :-) They have minimal blade play, and nice machining finish, I specially liked the 728 with rose wood. (quite small knives though)

However, the one I now have in my jacket pocket is the Ganzo G710. I really love that one, even though I thought that I should prefer the G704 before I got them in my hand. The G704 had some (small) blade play in vertical direction (open close), but none horizontal play though. Also the G704 was a bit stiff in the opening action making it a bit difficult opening compared to the G710. That was even after applying some sewing machine oil in the pivot joint.

The G710 however, had no blade play and the action is butter smooth. You can also open it with your long finger (dig. III), instead of using the axis lock. (not so easy with the G704) I have also sharpened it with a convex edge, after reading the instructions here in the forum, with sand paper and stropping. Great results.

I can also recommend the Enlan EL01 if you like a bit bigger knives. It is solid built like described in other reviews, and the opening using the flip with index finger is easy (after applying some oil though). If you prefer smaller knives the SRM 763 is also very nice, with great implemented axis lock.

I have one EL02 also, but even though it looks nice, the axis lock is way to hard to use. You have to use both thumb and index finger due to the hard spring.

Thanks again... hmm, lets see what to choose now for the lottery coupon :-)

Thanks again. Xatu, you'll have to tell us how that EL-08 is. I just ordered a couple of the SRM all steel framelock knives on sale: ss 710 and black 939. I am excited to see how the 939 blade profile works out.

Sorry about this. I get the part where you order from Exduct with your BLF username but I don't understand how you sign up for the next raffle. Can someone help?

Thanks and Regards, -Bob- (KumaBear)

Congrats to the winners!! oops, sorry for being late. and in fact i missed the BFLgiveaway discount code when i placed my first and only exduct order in the past week. as a first-time customer i got a 5% coupon in my registration email so i used that! and now i remembered that Vectrex had something going on and i didnt understand what it was all about. being a exduct customer now, i finally get it, the raffle.

So who won in the 2nd raffle? Not too many people participated in that thread! Good chances to win something ;)

too bad, in the 3rd raffle i cant participate because i didnt use the BLF coupon code :(

Hello Bob, this is really easy.

It isn't important, that you have an Exduct account with your BLF username - you can have every username you want. Some of us, use their BLF usernames, others not.

Then use the BLFcode "BLFgiveaway" (without ""). If we have bought enough (and the forum get the 5x $20 coupons) Vectrex open a new thread (he did it in the past and maybe in the future, too) like this one:

You have to write in the thread raffle thread, which order number is yours and maybe you will win one of the $20 coupons.

I will open the 3rd raffle thread as soon as we are at $100 commission in the pot again. We are currently at $41.48. You can see the winners of the second raffle here. It is only important to use the coupon "BLFgiveaway" (case sensitive) during check out on your order to participate on the 3rd raffle which will be held later.

5 winners out of 11 participants, you serious?? :D -- that's almost a winning chance of 50%!!

Congrats to the winners! And Never Mind to the rest!

Vectrex, you didnt participate in the 2nd raffle because your order number wasnt in the required range?

I simply haven't bought anything in that time frame from exduct.

Look at order number 6983 from the second raffle... and he didn't even enter.

That shopper :steve: doesnt need the prize badly hehe..

$)

You still can.... just buy another knife or some accessories.... and from my side it's absolutely OK, if you participate in raffles... just make sure it's only 1 entry and it's all good.

I bought a Bee knife with the BLF code...Confirmed Order 8099

I hope you dont have to jump through hoops to enter like in all the other contests here, LOL.
