Where can I find a charger for 2/3aa rechargeable batteries?

For NiMH rechargeables?

Do you want a charger that does both li-ion and NiMH, or just a dedicated NiMH charger?

Ni-Cd 1.2V 600mAh.
Is there a problem with charging 2/3aa batteries?
It seems to be very hard to find a charger.
I also read that 2/3aa batteries shold not be charged with anything other than the sun.
