Nichia E17A/E21A Skilhunt H04RC Group Buy

Done

There was a problem for the #23 and #24 listing. To avoid complication and sacrificing #25, I opened up one more slot for the first $60 because #23 bought 2 pcs while I confused if it was #23 or #24. All settled now, waiting for #23 to relist his order.

Bad news: “…I am currently out of the office on holiday.
Since the outbreak of Wuhan, our holiday will extended to 2020-2-17….”

Good news: GB listing extended for another 7 days until further notice

Are there any good hosts for E21A (or E17A) modules?

Pretty much anything that will take a 16mm MCPCB as I understand it.

I plan to get some E17a quadrix to file down and put in a few Tool AAs but a Convoy S2+ or similar is probably the easiest for E21a

Would an E21A module fit in a FW1A? As it’s a quadrix I assume it should be able to handle the amps, especially with a GA/35E cell?

I was thinking about doing the same thing and using the FW3A bezel with a pebbled TIR but Clemence advised against using an FET driver with E21a

The Armytek Prime series “XP-L” are pretty good and very reasonable with the BLF35 discount code.

Is there a chance to offer a short tube compatible for H03 and H04

It would be great if Skilhunt makes an 18350 tube for the H03/H04. I would get one as well.

They are really lightweight even with the 18650 tube. I would probably never use the 18350 tube . . . Although that wouldn’t stop me from buying a few.

18350 tube is actually really useful when going on trips. I leave on my Tiara Pro E21A 2000K in the hotel bathroom at night time for bathroom trips because hotels usually don’t have night lights and their light switch turns on fixtures that are much too bright. The magnet on the Tiara makes it extra useful because I usually hang it on the wall or upside down on ceiling fixtures. 18350 lights are so small that it doesn’t hog up any space and don’t feel it in my pocket making it excellent for trips or EDC.

Hello here !

Just added the #76th for a quadrix E17A 2700K and a module quad E21A 2000K. And paid.
Can you confirm everything is allright ?

I agree. I wish Zebralight and Skillhunt made 18350 lights or tubes that could be lego’d but I would mostly use 18650 still. The power to mass ratio is just too good

ZL is made from one piece of aluminium apart from the tailcap - that’s one of the selling points. Entire light would have to be cast in 18350 size.

Yes. I know but I would buy an 18350 version of the SC64w HI or H600FC if they made it. They could also make an 18650 “tailcap” or an extension tube

Sorry, was very busy with life. I will update the gsheet tonight. I hope we can proceed the order to Skilhunt on Monday.

UPDATE 200217: China holiday extended to 200224 due to health and safety concern of corona virus outbreaks. GB listing reopened until the factory go back to normal operation.

[Clemence]

Understandable, but I wonder if they are just going to keep extending the holiday forever. The virus outbreak isn’t going to be over by next week.

I can’t answer that. Feel free to cancel your order if you are not feeling comfortable with this uncertainty. Bad timing for me too
