WHELP, I contacted DHL and after a bit of escalating up the chain they confirmed that my “package” which neal sent was returned to him apparently and I messaged neal but no reply though it does indicate he had read my message over the last 4 days so I don’t know what else to do…… seller knows of the issue and READ the messages but doesnt reply and DHL and tracking number claimed it was returned to neal………
Was it batteries included? Maybe that was the reason not sure where u live but today many countries has strick battery rules… if only he could respond atleast no wonder people then say negative things… i mean he makes money he needs to step up his communication or more will stop buying from him.
I’m in the U.S. and my order also says returned to shipper. Being the noob to this at the time I ordered mine with batteries, not knowing that can cause issues with shipping. 
Batteries were included, but from Canada and dont have restriction bans on batteries as far as I know and for the last 10-12~ orders from china all contained batteries in shipment……
I’ve also ordered in the past a GT70 from neal with batteries no issue getting shipped….
Buy your batteries locally instead if u can, my bet until Neal clears up it was because of that it was rejected… DHL must be very strict then on these type of batteries.
You know what would be nice, if lumintop made a GT version but the size the FT03 but maybe a little bigger. 21700 with the 90 LED. I’d buy a couple of those

Mine was delivered to Canada, with batteries, without issue.
Batteries should be OK, but might require additional paperwork, which means more to go wrong.
Also the Corona virus outbreak could be an issue. And are the protests in Hong Kong still ongoing?
Mine was delivered without issues (usa also) with batteries.
Plus shipping only took 4 days from when I first received my light has been shipped email.
It was my first light bought from here also.

After reading about another member who ordered theirs with batteries almost a week after I did and got it already, I emailed Neal who replied quickly and said he’d get it shipped back out. Don’t know how long that will take and it seemed he wasn’t aware it had been returned. I guess I’ll be surprised one day when I get home 
Sorry, I didn’t get emails about this thread for some reason. Just got word that the lumintop factory is only working at about 40% staff right now and the factory that makes the reflectors is not yet open. So still some delays going on.
Seems that it is a widespread issue in China where a lot of factory workers simply are not returning to work after the virus scare / holiday.
Far as the returned packages, I sent Neal a message asking about these and he confirmed it is the batteries that was the issue.
Customs does random checks and if they find them, the package is almost assuredly going to be refused. Almost all airlines will not carry batteries without jumping through a lot of hoops and permits etc. Most of these are simply not possible for someone like Neal to get.
He said he will be reshipping the lights as soon as possible. Some are stuck in Hong kong and he will have to send a new light as it will take some time for them to get back to him. He is waiting on lumintop for more lights right now.
They only have 10 reflectors left so they will be stuck waiting on the reflector factory to open up after that.
So, should I see if he can cancel the battery part of the order? Or would that just add more headaches?

I messaged him on Feb 22 about my order status of returned to shipper and asked about the incorrect batteries listed, he said he would resend it asap. Didn’t mention anything about the batteries. I asked again if he could check that and no response since, no updated tracking, nothing.
I talked to him a few days ago and he was busy dealing with all the fallout from the virus it seemed among other things. Have not heard anything since but I know with the GT90’s he said he was not going to have enough to cover all the orders until the reflector factory opened back up and they could build more. So I expect some orders to be on hold sadly until that happens.
I heard back from him today and he said some of the GT orders have shipped now, but not all of them because there are not enough reflectors made yet.
And today, it arrived out of the blue 
Batteries are charging now. Hope everyone else who hasn’t received theirs yet will see them shortly!
