I was wrong about the shipping. Sorry to Sig n sbslider talking out of my butt again. Sofirn gave me the 99% off code and I was able to get the replacement with 91 cents shipped.

Mine is still missing. According to 17track (after I found someone that could do a proper translation), mine was returned to the shipper due to an invalid delivery address. It’s the address that was provided by Amazon and has not changed. I’ve already received my first LT1 without issue, to the same address. This second one for whatever reason was returned without even entering the US. USPS and Amazon still show no tracking updates since Jan 3rd. The last update on 17track is Jan 31st. Amazon has updated their delivery estimate to March 3rd.
I had sent a private message through this message board to Sofirn a week ago, but have yet to get a reply. I realize that CNY was extended due to the Corona IRC’s situation, but as I understand it, businesses should be back up and running by now.
Has anyone gotten any (preferably those with missing/late/lost packages) replies from Sofirn over the past week?
Hi do you still need assistance? Because I can’t know if customer serverice solve your problem.

I ordered one of the green prototype LT1 lanterns a couple of weeks ago. At that time, the site said there were only 2 of each color left. I did get an active tracking number so I believe my lantern is on its way, but the site still shows 2 of each color left.
Just a warning for anyone on the fence about ordering a prototype color- don’t trust the quantity shown on the site.

Has anyone else received their LT1 with damaged or gritty threads, is this normal?
Mine just came in and I cleaned and lubed the threads but they seemed gritty. I took a close look and several rows of threads have visible anodization missing and are rough and irregular.
This is unlike any Sofirn item I have purchased in the past.

Sometimes warehouse of China have no stock but may we has shipped some products to amazon warehouse, so amazon warehouse have stock. But sometimes warehouse of China has stock, but amazon warehouse have no stock. Or product is few.
