UV tube light + viruses corona and what ever else there is

hi guys

ok at work we have a few UV tube lights , 10 watts or something

its the black light type of light that detects UV ink in our products, and some other bits and pieces that mabe shouldnt be there

would this type of light kill or do anything to viruses and bactieria

im asking if i should put my hands under the light for a while

thanks guys

chris

No.

Use soap, not radiation.

at work i wash my hands about 50 times a day
i handle solvents-oils and other chemicals, i sometimes where gloves, but when i need to be fast and clean a piece of machinery i just cleanit with bare hands

Not the same wavelength UV. Read this : Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation - Wikipedia

ok thanks buddy

This. ^
Please!

any radiation that kill gems is also very effective creating cancer

alcohol makes more sense to me than UV light

I literally wash my hands 50 times a day due to the chemicals I use at work , we also use antiseptic rub

I just though something uv would help also

I’ve knocked that idea on the head

And for any bugs you might’ve ingested internally already, some Bacardi 151 or similar is highly recommended.

That’s a given !

Medicinal of course
