As a first mod, this noob decided in late Dec. 2019/early Jan. 2020 to mod the CW head on my Tool AA Kit for 365nm UV output.
At what turned out to be very poor timing (early Jan., 2020), I contacted Victor at Lumintop to request some head parts and paid for same via PP. The confluence of the Chinese New Year, CV-19 spread and resulting lockdown in China made timely communication with Victor and his responses difficult, understandably with much lag time.
At his first opportunity, Victor updated me on the status of my parts order and that it had shipped, including tracking number. The parts arrived yesterday.
Kudos to Lumintop in general and, to Victor in particular, for their great attention to a small-dollar purchase during a difficult time!
With all theze email addresses public, this will generate a lot of spam for them, and therefore they might feel the need to use (another) alternative email address….
