Keshun Titanium Keychain Flashlight £12.30 @ Banggood

Some of the photos say “Aluminum Mini Flashlight”

The photos and info leave me with many doubts.
I will wait for some reliable review.

Where do you see that? Sorry, I do see it but it’s kinda cut off - maybe for a reason………or maybe to rip people off. I see it nice and clear further down page.
To be fair though, all the Keshun lights on BG seem to be titanium……or are they lol!
I also notice if you scroll down, the 1st pic shows 4 lights - I would say the top 2 are ally, the bottom 2 titanium. But I don’t know for sure. I can’t find the photo to put here.

Found it on Alibaba listed as titanium:

Titanium lights are always Titanium alloys.
I don’t know if they mix it with Aluminium or how many % is Titanium.

The shiny ones are not “stonewashed” (sand blasted?) the dull ones are.
I think the material is the same though.

But some time there are incorrect descriptions. Seeing a different one that states the same makes it more likely to be true.

shame its using such crappy emitter.

Yeah, and you’ll have to replace the LED board too, if you want to put in a nice high CRI ‘3535’ LED in it…

Has anyone had one delivered yet? A quick overview of whether it is titanium, roughly what sort of brightness it puts out, whether it’s single mode and anything else notable about it would be appreciated.

I second this question: does anyone have it already?
Thanks in advance!!

This seems to be “warm white”. Now I’m curious. I hope to see a review once somebody gets their hands on one.

the weight difference [vs Aluminum] for such a small light will be not really noticeable imho

wle

in the first post, the color looks more like Al than Ti

in one other pic of some light with a button switch, that one looks like stainless steel.

thanks for the temptation, it has been almost 3 months since you first posted… yet no one has had the courage to invest

I agree it is unclear if the lights are Ti or Aluminium,
regarding the two different finishes
another possible is that the top two are the stonewash, and the bottom two are the shiny polish

still plan to wait for someone else to report their first hand experience… to answer questions like, output, etc

from what I see, that tailbutton is an accidental activation waiting to happen, and I do not care for the keyring attachment…
picky I am… LOL

I made a video review of this titanium flashlight:

My review thread with pictures can be found here: Review and Test: Titanium AAA keychain flashlight - 1 x AAA Flashlights - BudgetLightForum.com

how bright is it?

It is a bit dim. I would estimate it has 50-80 lumens. It is difficult to say with the optics because sometimes throwier beams look brighter.

What is your guesstimate. Ti, or Al!

I am quite sure that the flashlight is really made of titanium. It is heavier than the aluminium Sofirn C01S but not as heavy as steel. Running the flashlight for longer it doesn’t get hot because titanium is a poor heat conductor.

Polished aluminium looks silvery and glossy while titanium is more grey and matte.
