I was wondering the same thing since I came across it, now I’m wondering if Rofis went out of business? www.rofislight.com is NO LONGER, and it looks like the last time they posted anything on their Facebook page was in 2017.
I wanted the R3 then I came across the R4 and got a bit excited, however after more consideration it may well be too big for my needs. I would have preferred an upgrade to the R3 with XHP50. or SST40.

Also, the first review I read in amazon kinda turned me off:
“I currently own the rofis r3 and the rofis r2, this is the roughly the same brightness if not marginally a little brighter than the r3 so I’m not sure where the 2300 lumens in Turbo (which you need to double tap to turn mode on) is coming from, I love the rofis r series flashlights but save your money on this one and wait for the next one. Also, I find that the magnet in the tail cap is a little bit on the weaker side. If you don’t have this series, buy the rofis r3, you won’t be disappointed but if you do already own one, skip the upgrade” amazon R4 reviews
I acquired the R4 not too long ago (forgot about this post) and the reviewer is correct. The R3 would have been better with a different LED.
Also, the head on the R4 is too easy to rotate and the light does feel too large.
I like my R3 cause it takes effort to rotate the head and it`s more pocketable.
