but how often do u want small AAA lights to tailstand ? u blink your eyes and they fall over lol, since they weigh so much i dont see the big issue in knurling really… heavier lights u want a good grip but this type of lights weighs almost nothing.

well its an AAA light, it will have basic UI not like it will having ramping anduril or similar… i guess low-medium-high…
And that would be good enough, with a low Low, no strooooobe or bliiiiikies and no memory

Yeh to all the above. I hate tailswitches with those cutouts. Either leave a ring all the way around to let it tailstand, or leave the button sticking out for easier activation (eg, with gloves).
What’s worse is when you have a dual-switch setup, so if you want to change modes with the sideswitch, you gotta twist the light as you’re holding it, then twist it back to press the tailswitch.
Throw in a clip to dig into your palm or whatever, and it makes it even worse.
Interested if l-m-h without memory or blinkies.

A simple L-M-H with no strobe and no visible PWM would be great.

Granted, I never liked those flip-clips, but some people want to pocket-carry them, and be able to stick ’em on a cap’s visor. I’d just pull it off and do without a clip, as I usually do.
But I really like those colors. I take it “sand” (by process of elimination) is that orangey/coppery color? I can dig it.
I’m waiting to see how things shake out, any last-minute changes, gb price, etc.
