D-C-Fix, SuperLube, and SP36 Anduril | mohrlumens.com | US Based Flashlight Store

Woah. Sir. I’ve been waiting for this! I buy from Mountain electronics as my primary source. If you start carring components it would be awesome! I’m mainly looking for leds, hosts, drivers, and complete lights. Mountain is moving away from selling complete lights so it would be nice to have another source in the US.

Fantastic! Wonderful!

Thanks for the kind words.

As for components, I’m planning on carrying more components soon. I’m starting with Convoy components such as hosts, switches, reflectors, lenses, 7135 biscotti drivers. The basic stuff to modify convoys, plus a few accessories.
Later on I’ll expand in to more in depth stuff like LEDs and fancy drivers. The reason for that is because I don’t know a ton about drivers or the other super technical parts and I believe the more basic stuff will sell better, allowing me to get the store off the ground more effectively. I’ll update stuff as I learn. If some people here would like to suggest which drivers (or any products) they’d like to see me carry, that would be great. I’m planning on making another Convoy order soon, since that seems to be what most people are interested in judging by the last couple of days.

This forum page will be where I post updates for new products and stuff so be sure to check back occasionally.

If you can get your hands on 15mm diameter fet drivers for AA or 14500 size lights, or high output fet drivers with ramping UI I’d buy some! Other items are xhp50.2 3 volt neutral white emitters and headlamps.

Would be nice if you could source TA FET+7135 drivers, right now the only place to buy them is directly from Lexel and shipping can get tricky sometimes.

Btw PLEASE PLEASE remove the “someone from somewhere purchased this thing 15 minutes ago” pop up

i wont buy from any site that has that crap…and i usually suspect those pop ups are fake anyways

I have removed them entirely, thank you both for the feedback on that. They weren’t fake but I agree they can be annoying.

I was hoping they’d serve as a form of reassurance that other people are actually engaging with the site but in hindsight they were just a bad design decision.

Yes!
A US based store!
I would suggest anything that has a XHP70.2,50.2, and sst20/40.
I love my Convoys and just got a FW21a pro, but I hated having to wait (nealsgadgets).
I’ve been eyeing these brands for my next lights:
Astrolux
Haikelite (specifically the TA ones)
Fireflies
I would love to buy from you!

Thanks for the input Rockenrooster. I'm working on getting some more SST20/40 Convoys of various models right now, along with a bunch of Convoy related components and accessories.

In the meantime I'll look into sourcing those other brands. I had forgot about Fireflies!

Are you located in Tennessee? If so… I’m right next door! (Alabama)

Hah, yes! I live in Fayetteville TN. Right above Huntsville on the border. Maybe you’ll get extra fast shipping

[Update: July 15, 2020]

  • Added more Convoy Flashlights including 21700 models
  • Restocked out of stock Convoy Flashlights
  • Added many Convoy Components
  • You can now pay with some cryptocurrencies or Amazon Pay
  • More changes to the website. More detailed information can be found here https://mohrlumens.com/blogs/news/site-update-new-convoy-products

I just ordered my very first Convoy flashlight. Thank you to Mohrlumens!

Sensational service and turnaround time! I have already begun EDC’ing it!

Good pick!

I lost count how long it took for convoy drivers to arrive from aliexpress

It’s good to have another source for budget lights and parts, most other stores aside from MTN put too much focus on the premium brands.

Great choice! Glad to hear people are having a good experience with the store so far.

[Update: July 29, 2020]

I removed free shipping above a certain dollar amount (for now) in order to be able to focus on providing the best prices I possibly can on the products themselves. Trying to account for the possibility of having to eat shipping costs required me to make some things slightly more expensive than they had to be, and it made me question if it even made sense to sell certain products. It also caused some accounting headaches. I would like to add a free shipping option back some day, but it's doing more harm than good at the moment. Most orders ship for around $3-5, which is usually preferable to waiting a month or two from China.

That’s wise. I worked in the Internet sales field for a sporting goods retailer for a while and it hurts when I had to eat shipping on a returned or cancelled order. A $6 part with free shipping that cost me $4.50 to ship didn’t make sense, even when I didn’t have to eat it. Shipping has gone up in price everywhere. Things have even gotten more expensive from China. Even shipping from China. I usually always paid extra for shipping from China anyways, but eventually it’s a diminishing return when I can get from the US for like $3 more.

You may consider stocking the Convoy Z1, not everyone likes zoomies, but they are popular.
