Test/review of Vapcell INR18650 2600mAh K26 (Green) 2020

Vapcell INR18650 2600mAh K26 (Green) 2020

Official specifications:

  • Capacity: 2600mAh

  • Nominal voltage: 3.7V

  • Maximum continuous current: 25A

This is a high current 18650 cell cell with moderate capacity.

The cells matches nicely and can deliver 20A, but 30A is too much.

Conclusion

This looks like a good high current cell.

Thanks HKJ!

Missing current-temperature graphs.

Now that I'm here, any chances to get those LiitoKala 26700 LiFePO4 cells reviewed?

Thanks in any case Henrik.

Using the battery comparator, I notice this Vapcell K26 is just slightly worse than last year’s Vapcell G26 (ie. K26 has just very slightly more voltage sag across different loads, compared to G26). However, it appears to still be “better” than the Sony VTC5 in terms of voltage sag, almost across the entire capacity range.

The G26 seems to be nearly at par with the Molicell P26A or the Sony VTC5A, while the K26 is maybe just very slightly worse than them.

Also, with a weight of 50.3 grams, these K26 (unprotected) seem to be one of the heavier 18650s (and only “2600mAh” capacity at that).
Also the length of 65.4mm appears to be a bit longer than most unprotected 18650s (by checking several 18650 sizes, I notice most 18650s are 64.9 to 65.1mm in length).

I wonder who might be the OEM manufacturer of this battery?

Thanks :star:

yeah,G26 is very great power battery, But there is a slightly fragile three hole

K26 is the heaviest battery. At present, I find that

The positive pole looks like YDL batteries ….
Am I wrong Dennis ?
