Very clean modable pocket light. Removeable SS clip is a big plus. I would love to see a photo of one of the CU versions loaded with trit tubes. I would be interested in one of each depending on the price.
Clip needs to be different. Not sure about the Samsung, but it could be replaced if itâs again as greenish as in the E05-I. Switching off by long press is ok if itâs much, much faster than a second. Refer to Lumintop EDC 05 where it takes less than half a second.
Will the light have SMO or OP reflector? The Samsung LH351D 5000K originates some tint shift under SMO reflectors. I am not sure of the 4000K also does it, but Iâd consider using an Orange Peel reflector!

What does this mean? We can start in any level by interacting differently with the switch?
One of the things that make the regular Wuben E05 not being my âperfectâ EDC is that it has memory, so I canât always start on the lowest level.
I would be getting one of these cells if it did have that possibility to always start on the lowest (even if it had the possibility to also start on other modes)!
Iâm liking this light
EDIT: I subscribe the option to click for ON/OFF and click & hold for cycling through modes.
Please âholdâ for cycling, âsingle clicâ for off and not âsingle clicâ for cycling, âholdâ for off.
Cycling directly from off with âholdâ would be even better, like on Zebralight or anduril, but that means putting the lockout somewhere else.
Aside from that, it looks nice, but like Treellama said it heavily inspired from Reylight Lan, so much that it mostly looks like a side switch version of it, could use some originality.
Looks nice, although I think the clip design should be changed. Whatâs with the square outline on the body tube? It looks a little haphazard. I would add vertical cross tube grooves in it, to add some grip capability. Iâd like to see a 2-group UI, where one is ramping. Much like what other makers are starting to provide. Itâs nice to have that flexibility.
I like it, especially after owning a T050R. Wuben is top quality, easily comparable to big companies like Fenix, Nitecore, Thrunite, etcâŚ
I donât need another AA light but if (and only IFâŚ) they can have the lighted switch always on to act as a locator, Iâll buy the copper version. I never came across an AA light with a locator.
Well, that would at least make the flashlight thiner, what would be nice thing for weight and carrying. It would eventually lose some mass to dissipate heat, though :zipper_mouth_face:
Iâm interested.
Is it you running it or Wuben, or are you speaking for Wuben?
The clip is fine, it is already removable enough - itâs a nice clip, and believe me Iâm not keen on clips.
