【convoy】H4 and B35AM options are updated

That is really good news Simon. Now I don’t need to solder osram leds on 3535 MCPCB’s aní more. I think I will buy 10-20 of those MCPCB’s

At last. Convoy is beating KD. Slowly though...

No White Flat 2mm^2? :weary:

Which models can use the LH351D?

All 3V led models so you can replace XP-L, XP- L HI, SST20, SST40, XM-L2, XP-G2…… leds with them.

Thank you, ZozzV6. I think I might get either S12 or S21A with 5k LH351Ds. Hope both are good hosts for the emittter and the tint bin is good.

Simon, any updates about the 4x18 with SBT90?

I have a 4000K & 5000K LH351D in my S21A hosts and they are great! You'll want a driver that senses temperature for step down.

I see. Do you think the current 6A driver would be fine with the emitter? Will it overdrive a single LH351D? I see that in Sofirn lights, the max current drawn by this Led is about 3-4A, which is about 1,300 lumens. Wonder if Simon has to make some new drivers just for this.

6 amps is not a problem. Check this out:

Except for:

Can we hear more about the Z1?

Yeah WF1 5A max. Got one in a C8+ with the 5A convoy driver and it’s punchy as hell.

For a good combination of flood and throw, I think the S12 with the stock 6A driver should be good. Will ask Simon if it is plausible.

Have throw numbers been revealed for the new Z1?

Angry blue?

Nope, it’s happy at 5A. I think anything above that gets a bit iffy though.

I had the same host, with bypassed springs, and LH351D with a Mtn FET. I went on walks and otherwise used it for a few months with high drain cells. No angry blue.

But, I did switch the LED out of the C8+ for a 6500K SST40. From what's being highlighted here, I'll be fine with running the LH351D at a safer amperage.

Is the M21A only available in Black color? Are other colors not available or not genuine?

like this

and only SST40?
Is it not suitable for a XHP emiter?

I noticed that Gearbest has some sand colored product but anything other than the two colors, I'd ask Simon about their authenticity.

For a XHP 50.2, It'll handle the heat for a little while at turbo but this having a throwy beam, you don't have to run it at turbo to light up the target really well. Go with a 3 volt emitter.
