I wouldn’t insist on a budget price. In the extreme this only would lead to just one tint and one anodization. Price must be attractive enough for Sofirn to give us some choice of tint and anodization.
Sure tint choice is the priority,anyway I think we can skip anodisation color choice if that keep price low for an AAA 100lm light
Not to mention, how many E21A lights are available anywhere near the price of even a more-expensive C01A?

I'm sure there's room for a small extra discount if someone wants to buy multiple lights. If it turns out that for instance most people want to buy 2000K AND 4500K, well I see no reason to not offer a bundle of both tints for a special price. Anyway, pricing may better be discussed once Sofirn confirms they are able to get those E21A LEDs.
Personally I would avoid extra accessories if they raise the final price.
Anyway diffuser it’s just a plastic cap and it shouldn’t cost more than $0.5
I make some by my self using marker cap or others stuff around home
Replacement lens would be more important for keychain use
