I’ve sent a couple of messages to Neal but I’ve received no replies. Neal initially contacted me about the notification, requesting my personal information for shipping.
It’s been about a week and I’ve heard nothing yet.

Sent Neal an IM back on the 12th and got a message back this morning with a tracking number. No carrier info just a number. Tried a couple of the usual tracking sites and no record yet. May have just gotten entered, so the wait continues…
Also got tracking today. I’ll wait a day or so to see if it updates. I e bought from Neal numerous times so should be ok
I received notification from Neil today as well. A tracking number was provided. Try using ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING | 17TRACK when the tracking number has an update.
I got a PM from Neal… Not good news.
Neal says that Lumintop said they have problem to ship to my country.
My prize should be drawn again among the valid participants who have not been awarded: a GLOW1
I already requested it to Neal.
I want that to be done, I will be watching.
Are we still waiting for the ‘4.special prize: Lumintop will choose one which is the most meaningful picture, the owner can get a LM10. this one will be chosen by Lumintop.’ or is that done and dusted now?

Hey guys. Sorry for the old thread bump. I was one of the winner where I didn’t get the prize. Guess it’s just bad luck for me.
I did get a tracking number from Neal but it end up didn’t leave Guangzhou for some reason. Ended in “export cancellation” which I assume it got sent back to Lumintop themself.
Messaged Neal about it but after Neal informed Lumintop, nothing happened afterwards.
Just wanted to update you guys about it. I didn’t want to bug Neal further about it.

Same with me. I was a winner Neal updated me with tracking. I think it got to a holding facility but now the tracking number doesn’t work anymore. Messaged Neal a month ago but no response.
Bummer but it was a free light so no real loss I suppose
