Hmm. Looks like an update of the king of budget headlamps, the D10. Looks like a decent deal for $17
Price was $18.59 after discounts
Great deal thanks!
just for the batteries?
flat and button available.
code UE3SLW4N makes it $8.50USD.
I donât trust those batteries.
POWOBEST = When American Indians decide to get back at the White Man thru dangerous lithium batteries
One amazon reviewer reported they were more like 2000mah and were all close to each other in capacity.
Yeh, you can get cheap but decent commodity cells in that range. I bought a bunch âgenuine LiitoKalaâ [snort] cells for like 2½ bux a pop when gifting some lights. They all clocked in on-the-money, no complaints.
I thought they were Native Americans now ? I canât keep up with all the political correctness going around these days
Bâharni help me, but thereâs a vipon for a 2pak of âwdtproâ zoomies w/ holsters, 10bux â 5bux.
They look too â3Dâ to be rolled-Al-foil like my AT01 fiasco, so they might make not-suck-too-bad hosts for kicking around.
And again, thatâs two-fitty each per light + holster + 3ĂAAA holder + 18650 sleeve.
Wotdahell, Iâll bite.

I already have a few zoomies that need to be modded, so Iâll probably sit this one out.
Good find LB!!! I was out last night with a friend that asked me about a âcoupleâ of cheap zoomers for his cabin which is off grid (a party house out on a farm actually). I also needed a few more bucks for free shipping in Amazon⌠Bang! Done! :+1:
I donât get what they mean by High Lumen.
Is it 50, 500, 5000, 5M???
Itâs a Mystery to me.
(Ha! See what I did there?)
Just got delivery of one pack of the $5 Zoomies.
About 300 lemons w 18650 is best guess, similar to a good (old well built) SK68.
Real nice clear lens and donât see any nasty artifacts when zoomed it.
Zoom action is very firm, no slop city. Worst part of build would be pressed in switch which is par for the course at this level but the switch works well, all that matters.
Nasty slow PWM on low as to be expected but overall am damn happy with the purchase.
The carry pouch is nicely padded and better webbing then most in the $3-5 range just for the pouch.
She resets to high after 10 seconds so that is good also.
Very clean matte finish and packed well, definitely good stocking stuffers for muggles.
Thanks Lightbringer for the heads up!
Kewl.
Balls, mine are scheduled to arrive this Moonday.
Ordered it last night right at 9pm when the codes became available again and it arrived here at 3:18pm today.
Have a couple Amazon distribution centers near me so it is bliss sometimes.
Later
Ya very funny!
Anywho, I wanted to know the lumens as I have similar secret military tactical flashlights like these below, different brand but same lights:
They claim high lumen (90000) but no idea and no way to measure.
Some claim 1000 lumens. Anyone here have these and measured?
I guess they would be at least 300 lumen using 18650 batteries.
There are crap lights, and then there are Super Crap lights.
The âTac-Lightsâ arenât too horrible. Soft-touch switch, driver-in-tail, maybe 300lm or so, never bothered to check actual brightness. Mum got one of those :person_facepalming: and it eats AAAs for lunch. Cycles through allllllll the modes, even strobe, just to turn it off.
Then again, there are Super Crap ones out there, no doubt.
Itâs from Vont so probably not too bad.
They had 40% coupon.
