✌ FREEME - Haikelite HK90 3*Luminus SBT90.2 High Lumens 3*21700 Flashlight - ALIVE

If.... if Banggood sold only three of these, will the three flashlights be shipped to Banggood, or will there be no shipment from the factory to BG, because the number sold by BG is too low?

Lots of daily activity on the German forum, speculating about when shipping the HK90 will begin. One German enthusiast, square74, reports that his HK90 has arrived at the airport. A few other German enthusiasts have received preliminary tracking information.

I am eager to compare beam profile and beam performance with the X65. I think that this is the first mid-large multiple 90.2 light, if not the first multiple 90.2 light to be offered for pre-order.

GT94? https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/63210. Guess none received yet, but looks like you can pre-order them: https://www.nealsgadgets.com/products/lumintop-blf-gt94-flashlight?_pos=4&_sid=25ba9e10c&_ss=r

I pre-ordered both. This one, the Haikelite HK90 3*Luminus SBT90.2 High Lumens 3*21700 that is the subject of this topic thread, I pre-ordered from the freeme BG Group Buy;

and also, the GT94 that you linked to, I pre-ordered from the Texas_Ace NG Group Buy, node/74603.

The HK90 is just beginning to ship, according to one person on the German forum, but the GT94 still has a while to go before it is ready to ship.

Freeme - please put me down for one piece, sand color!

I got a few SBT90.2 lights now, most modded. Got 3 zoomies modded with them, mainly because it's easy - don't have to worry about making the reflector hole bigger or how to get the LED centered, etc. I modded quite a few old BTU Shockers for BLFers and a Shocker is close to what the HK90 is - triple with ~100 mm head diameter. Always liked the Shocker, and again, over built like many of the Haikelites.

Funny because BTU kind of became Haikelite - the last BTU's have a lot in common with Haikelite designs - pretty sure the same guy from BTU was or is involved in Haikelite.

I normally stay away from high cost lights like this, but this is really a Shocker make-over, and everything I'd want to see in a new generation Shocker: GT90.2's, e-switch, and triple 21700's. Quad 21700's would be too big. This light's tube diameter of 53 mm is slightly over the Q8's tube diam of 50 mm. You would think it should be lower than 50 mm, but we don't know yet if it's a carrier or cut out tube design, and how thick the metal is, but based on other HL designs, they don't care much about skimping on metal .

That´s me  .

Yes, but I ordered at Neals shop.

HK90 is arrived at
Airport-Import , Netherlands-Schiphol International Airport.

Hope I can hold the HK90 in my hands, soon ;).

Has anyone of the sellers made some own pictures of the flashlight interior?
Cells parallel? or serial?

Contacts in Head or Tail?

Thanks.

EDIT:

Sorry, I missed this picture:

parallel.

My best estimate here for throw is 560kcd. A quick and dirty pixel measurement said each of the reflector wells are about 47mm. Center holes about 13mm. I estimate the total frontal area to be a bit higher than a TN31 (65mm ID), but only by about 6%.
Maximum frontal area assuming three full 47mm wells, which I’ll use as an upper limit, would yield approx 750kcd.
If it were a single reflector, it’d be about 86mm ID. That would about 875kcd with a single 90.2.

I may be way off, but we’ll have to see.

I got ~525 kcd from a Shocker (triple reflectors, 100 mm diam head) with dedomed XM-L2 U2's, and ~710 kcd with a dedomed XP-L in a 100 mm diam head BOSS1.

~750 or 750+ kcd is realistic to me for a triple 100 mm head diam running SBT90.2's off of 3 40T's, assuming a good, low resistance electrical path.

Forwarded.

Fair enough. My gut is around 680 here. But the calcs I was doing were coming out a good bit lower. When we’re dealing with big numbers like these, a +/-10% error is huge.

I think cut out…

Ooops, missed the pic. I see couple issues with the battery choices though: Ouch: 2 different kinds of cells used? Flat tops - gotta wonder how good the contact is, hope all 3 cells are contacting for best amps.

Looks like the cells are in tight, so wondering if that's the best minimum width or are the walls of the tube thicker than a Q8. Awesome wall of light in the beamshots - Yes!

Finally, a Super Shocker!

Hello,
Is there an option to blinkout the Anduril Version?
I think, if it´s Anduril, it´s Anduril 1.
Has Toykeeper one page with the differences listed between the Anduril versions?
Thanks.

The Haikelite HK90 has arrived.

Don´t know, how to insert pictures in here.
Have them on my computer and not online in filehost to post link to it.

I have not been able to figure out how to attach pictures here, either. I do not use online image hosts. I attach my pictures on another forum, where I pay one cent per hour to not have to deal with image host sites. I am glad that you got your HK 90. I ordered my HK 90 from Banggood group buy on September 7, but it has not shipped yet.

You really can't overdrive 3 SBT90.2's on 3 40T's, or 30T's for that matter, regardless of FET and thick wires used.

My GT kit upgraded to a GT90 is probably about 30 amps for just one LED, but that's an incredible 8P battery setup.

Would be nice to have a 6 cell battery tube option for this light, but that would require GT style carriers.

I've de-windowed a few GT90.2's. Could expect a 5%, maybe up to 10% boost. Side by side, I can't see any difference in the beam tints but that could be me - 62 year old eyes

I'd probably do the dirty de-window deed on the HK90.

Thank you, square74, for your pics on the German forum: https://www.taschenlampen-forum.de/threads/haikelite-mit-sbt90.77451/page-6#post-1086258

HK90 are instock now. Shipping should happen by this weekend.

I just received an email from BG indicating that my order has been shipped.
