Exduct Special 5% coupon for BLF members "BLFgiveaway"

Congrats to the winners!! oops, sorry for being late. and in fact i missed the BFLgiveaway discount code when i placed my first and only exduct order in the past week. as a first-time customer i got a 5% coupon in my registration email so i used that! and now i remembered that Vectrex had something going on and i didnt understand what it was all about. being a exduct customer now, i finally get it, the raffle.

So who won in the 2nd raffle? Not too many people participated in that thread! Good chances to win something ;)

too bad, in the 3rd raffle i cant participate because i didnt use the BLF coupon code :(

Hello Bob, this is really easy.

It isn't important, that you have an Exduct account with your BLF username - you can have every username you want. Some of us, use their BLF usernames, others not.

Then use the BLFcode "BLFgiveaway" (without ""). If we have bought enough (and the forum get the 5x $20 coupons) Vectrex open a new thread (he did it in the past and maybe in the future, too) like this one:

You have to write in the thread raffle thread, which order number is yours and maybe you will win one of the $20 coupons.

I will open the 3rd raffle thread as soon as we are at $100 commission in the pot again. We are currently at $41.48. You can see the winners of the second raffle here. It is only important to use the coupon "BLFgiveaway" (case sensitive) during check out on your order to participate on the 3rd raffle which will be held later.

5 winners out of 11 participants, you serious?? :D -- that's almost a winning chance of 50%!!

Congrats to the winners! And Never Mind to the rest!

Vectrex, you didnt participate in the 2nd raffle because your order number wasnt in the required range?

I simply haven't bought anything in that time frame from exduct.

Look at order number 6983 from the second raffle... and he didn't even enter.

That shopper :steve: doesnt need the prize badly hehe..

$)

You still can.... just buy another knife or some accessories.... and from my side it's absolutely OK, if you participate in raffles... just make sure it's only 1 entry and it's all good.

I bought a Bee knife with the BLF code...Confirmed Order 8099

I hope you dont have to jump through hoops to enter like in all the other contests here, LOL.

Only a little... please hold yours eyes open for the upcoming 3rd participation thread... I will open it as soon as we reach the $100 commission mark (now at $44)... I assume It will take a few weeks till we have filled up the pot completely.

No problem, thanks for doing this and organizing! Congrats to the previous winners. Summer is slow, lots of people are away so it will probably take a bit longer.

Vextrex please post here the news (3rd raffle) too so that subscribers to this thread are automatically alerted ;)

thanks you

Good idea, please auto enter me. I think I will miss the third entry thread. Usually I just check the posts on the front page, so any thread hard to find I wont be able to find it/forget.

I will try to remember you... but it is best to look for the thread yourself...with organizing such things chances are high that some details will be overlooked. The reason I don't open the thread now, is that on the 1st raffle some people misunderstood the rules and entered anyways.... on the 2nd raffle were I posted the specific order number range that didn't happen... so it's a little easier for me... I hope everybody understands that I want to minimize the work involved. And yes I will announce everything here in this thread... same procedure as every year,James... I mean Kreisler.;-)

No problem I understand that its difficult enough to track and organize, let alone entering people when its not even started yet.

I can find the thread again, will it be under the Deal Alerts section?

Take care.

Gear for Flashlight Carriers will be the subforum.

That's good to know - I had no idea where to look either.

It's easiest just to subscribe to this thread here.

Earlier this week I received two knives that I ordered after winning in last raffle. I chose one srm 962 (got the last one), and also one Enlan EL-01BA, black half serrated blade. Well what can I say. I like the looks of both of them. The 962 with smooth scales is a bit more pocket friendly, and it opens smoothly. However I unfortunately got some blade play mostly horizontal. I now have around 10 knives from China and all previous have less blade play. Anyways, I still like it. It looks robust and well made otherwise.
The Enlan on the other side is a gem with no play at all. It opened a bit less smoothly, but a drop of oil fixed that. Beautiful quality on that one. However, I wonder how long the black anodization will last if heavily used. Feels like the stainless steel version might be better for edc. Thanks again for this raffle.

Too bad the 962 isn't perfect, have you tried to tighten the pivot screw a little? That might help with the blade play... horizontal is easier to fix than vertical. I believe Enlan uses titanium nitride coating on their blades... so they should hold up better than most anodizations that we see on budget lights. Look at this thread for details.

Thanks Vectrex for the info about the titanium nitrate coating. Seems to be quite tough stuff. I also wonder how the serrated part of the blade manage edc usage. I have an srm T01 half serrated knife that I used the serrated part yesterday to cut off a thin plastic strap, and the edges after that wasnt straight anymore. Not that bad, but anyways… It was just plastic I cut. Regarding the pivot screw on the 962 I havent tried tighten it yet. I have to find some suitable tool for that first.
