I placed an order with LinkDelight.com on March 25th. This morning I filed a paypal dispute. I get 2 emails from LinkDelight that say my order status has changed to- payment incomplete. I also still have the payment confirmed email they sent me from March 25th.

Thank goodness it was only $46. I was gonna order a TR-J12 from them. Glad I didnt.

They'll never get any $$ from me. Talk about some great business sense.

I ordered these back in Nov. 2011 and arrived in 2 weeks. I guess I got lucky.

You didn't specify why you opened the dispute, regardless of the reason I offer you these tidbits.

1st : Stick to your PayPal dispute till you get a refund or the product you ordered. Once closed they cannot be re-opened.

2nd : Try your best to continue communication with LinkDelight. E-mail them the payment confirmation you received from them. Include the PayPal transaction ID number you received after payment was complete. Wouldn't worry about the status change, as long as you have proof you paid.

Be as polite as possible, don't say things like I'll never buy from you again. When a buyer makes statements like that . It generally causes the You'll never buy here again , so why do I want to help you, attitude to rear its ugly head.

I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. just that sometimes a reminder while in the heat of battle helps.

I bought 2 4 packs of 18650 batteries from them and all went well.

I did open a dispute. Linkdelight did refund my $$. 44 days had went by and nothing. No update, nothing.

The dispute went pretty good. They offered a refund or replacement order. I chose the refund.
