Budget light dealers in US?

Only one I know of is Shining Beam (Bryan is Super!)
Does anyone import some of the “xxxFire” stuff? I would pay more to get it in 3-5 days from a US dealer!!!

there's Lighthound ...

There is also “Illuminationsupply.com” run by Craig (a member here) who runs an awesome business with the best service and I always get my items in 2-3 days. His shipping is reasonable too!

For budget lights you can’t beat the Chinese shops and Tmart.com maintains a US warehouse they ship many items from. I get my orders in 3-5 days. These days I almost feel like a shill for them but when their price is right I will always go to them for free shipping and great service. I order on a Sunday and it’s in my hands the following Wednesday (Thursday at the latest). Who wouldn’t like that??

Lighthound is great, just noticed they have ultrafire…

Comparing US prices with UK dealer prices, they are all budget dealers :frowning:

You’re not a shill Johnny, I felt the same way at times over the last year…always had super fast service, decent prices…hard to ignore that as far as I’m concerned.

same here TMart, I was introduced to them when I ordered a light on EBay from Y’allstore. In the package was a flyer from TMart. 4-5 day shipping from US warehouse to US. On their site the items that are in the US warehouse are listed as such.
2 weeks ago I ordered an LED spot lite that was supposed to run on AC volts 85-240 but blinked on and off unless the voltage was a least 120. In other words no good. I let them know and they refunded my money, no need to send the defective light back. I appreciated that.

What spotlight was it?

The first one I ordered was this here

I ordered 1 to check it out for my wife’s curio cabinet. It uses 2 - 35 watt halogen bulbs that get VERY Hot. TMart said that all of this model had problems with 110V so I ordered 2 0f these

Very nice and only 3 watts, same amount of light ( which doesn’t seem possible) I am very pleased and at $5.79 each, about 1/4th the price at HD or Lowes.

Now just for fun I ordered one of
these

Comes with a remote control and you can turn it on and off and also change the color with it. My expectations are high, I hope I am not disappointed. At only $11.62 including remote it is quite reasonalble.
Don’t let the 85V-240V rating scare you. All it means is that it should work on standard U.S. house wiring. A standard light socket is always 110-120 volts but can go a little lower during heavy loads. I tested it up to 140V with my Powerstat

Please let us know how it works out for you.
