Can't buy from Going Gear?

I can’t seem to get anything added to my cart. I’ve tried Chrome and IE and get the same result. Has this been a problem before and/or are any of you experiencing the same?

It works for me. :)

Still doesn’t work for me. I keep getting this after clicking on the “Add to Cart” button:

I guess I’m not meant to be a Going Gear customer 8)

Huh, are you using a browser with cookies disabled or are you using a proxy server? That's the only reason I can think of that it wouldn't work.

Does your browser have cookies enabled, or are you in some kind of safe mode?

Do you use an addon like noscript?

Sort of off topic but I placed one order from GG and I was not at all happy. I bought a Zebralight for $62 with “free” shipping. It turned out to be faulty and I sent it back. It cost me $5.95 to send it back and GG kept another $2.95 from my refund for “shipping” costs when they sent it to me. Free shipping is supposed to be free shipping so I am not sure how they justified stealing from me. It was my first, last and only time I have dealt with them.

IMHO, they are a terrible place to buy from. I have heard them doing this to others as well. Really shoddy way to run a store. Since then, I have spent $1000+ on lights, batteries and chargers and none of it went to them. At least they got their $2.95 out of me. Idiots.

we remember one similar story..

offtopic indeed ;)

Just my $0.02. A lot of people seem to have good dealings with them. Thats great for them but facts are facts. They are off my list of dealers I care to buy from since there are so many other choices.

The fact that they assume everyone who wants to return a faulty light is out to “scam” them in some way doesn’t make sense. Who would buy a light just to send it back? They basically accused me of trying to send back a perfectly good light. Why on earth woukd I waste my time and money to do that? It cost me $8 to buy a ZL from them after shipping and their refund. So I was out $8, and time to go to the Post Office and further time to hassles with several emails to them.

Basically, screw them. Even DinoDirect has better customer service based on my dealings and they are not good.
