What's the deal with the blurry photo's in the search results? Also, they're blurry on the product page until mouse-over. It seems to be happening with more and more items. It's rather annoying.
The last three orders from KD all came sooner than expected. They all shipped within 1 day of placing them. I always e-mail them and ask about the items I want first and after their reply I place the order. So far it's working as it should and KD is now my go to instead of DX, for the stuff I can't get here in the US. (KD and CNQG that is).
Recently, I placed 3 orders:

The second one was registered and showed up yesterday. The rest is still missing. At the same time, I placed an order with regular delivery at CNQ, arrived today. So, not impressed.
The order from 3/4/2012 left china on 3/11/2012 and arrived today, 4/20/2012.
The regular ordered on 3/22/2012 left china 4/3/2012 and arrived 4/26/2012
My orders took 20 days, but thats not so important (i mean it is, but thats for the most part out of dealers hands,it depends on the post)

He sourced me some difficult to find DIY parts using my photo (of thee parts).

Order was shipped out on july 24, received it yesterday Aug 1st. Now thats fast on my books. Don’t mind paying 3 bucks extra if it’s going to show up that fast

I haven’t ordered from KD for a while, but I’ve ordered ~20 LEDs and several drivers from them and have found their products to be good quality, shipping times reasonable (3-4wks), prices decent and CS good. I just wished they had more tint options (their “warm white XM-L T6 LED” is somewhat suspicious).
These guys are fast!
Ordered a P60 XML drop in around the middle of September. Had it by end of the week.
Just done another 2 orders with them, payment processed and dispatched the same day.
Again, a little Gerbs waits for the mailman!
Only gripe is the website - the photos and the descriptions are bad
But the service! Its SPEEDY!
According to tracking - Kaidomain order has left Hong Kong and is on its way!
However, my DX package has not yet been sent.
Both packages ordered the same day, about an hour apart.

So on average it takes 2.5 to 3 weeks to get here?
I placed an order with Kaidomain on November 28, and never heard another thing from them, my emails went unanswered. 4 weeks later, this morning (Dec. 26) I get an email telling me that my order shipped and I should go to "my account" for more information. I can't believe it took them 4 weeks to process and ship my order, NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this company.
Why are many of their pictures distorted? They are horrible!
Yeah, I was wondering the same, their picture quality is subpar.
Ordered three 3AA-D adapters, received them today, one of them has corrosion, will contact their CS and see what they will offer…
They issued refund, thank you, KD!
My most recent order arrived yesterday about a month after ordering. That should be acceptable from a Chinese vendor, but maybe I've already been spoiled by Lightscastle and Fasttech.
Shipping was fast, customer service seem to answer fast. Good selection of drivers and some DIY stuff.
I never got the lens I was supposed to get. Customer service is not good. They served me some lies too and had no faith in me as a customer. They did not have faith in my 4 different vernier calipers (2 digital) 3 rulers, or 2 flashlights…
I dont bother with the whole story. But I had lots of issues over a small low value product. I took pictures, made video and yet they did not manage to solve the simple issue of sending me a 28mm AR coated lens… I just gave up on their customer customer service…
