What Brand does it look like? Shadow or Sunwayman. For $10 it’s good value. xp-e led. The pill looks solid. Reflector looks poor as does the anodizing.

the 9.99 one looks like a sunwayman t20cs…if this had an xm-l in it for 15$ it would be killer…
