Looks like a cool light at a good price similar to led lenser brand. The forum topics at the bottom of the DX page has some discussion on it. Would the zoomed in beam be tight emitter shape like an x2000?

It should be more like a smoother beam I guess. Mine is on the way. I hope I can tell you the results this week or the next.
