problem with T-mart order, resolved!

Well, so far I have had good luck with my orders from t-mart.The only problem was with a cheap 18650 charger that wouldn’t stop charging.But, the 12v cord that came with it was worth what I paid for the charger and works with another charger I have so I let the issue go. Last week I saw the UF-F10 listed and just had to order it even though I had seen that another member had orederd one and gotten the wrong item. I got home from work today and saw a friendly white package waiting on the porch…yea!Took in onside and opened it up, NOT so yea!My UF-F10 has turned into a supid, ugly green TF-801The number on the box has been partially ripped off to only leave the last four numbers(0346) that match the skew online.I just checked the website and it no longer shows the UF-F10 in the US warehouse.Hmmmmmmmm……I’ll have to wait until Monday to contact T-mart.Sucks though…I was really looking forward to this light.-Rick

Tmart hasn’t responded to my refund request for the defective HD2010. Not to bitch, but its time to do a paypal dispute I guess. I’m really becoming disenchanted with these Chinese companies.

I have one on order placed 26 Sept. Yet to arrive. See how it goes.

First order from China? You haven’t been waiting long. Anything less than 2 weeks is fast. 3-4 weeks is normal. Just make sure that if you don’t get it within 45 days, you file a Paypal dispute before the end of the 45 day period.

Same problem here, ordered the UF-F10 and got that green TR-801…

That is exactly what I received. Their support department has offered me a refund on my order. Louis Huang has informed me that the UF-F10 is OOS in the US warehouse and apparently there are production issues. I have recommended they remove the UF-F10 from the site until they get their mess sorted out.

In the mean time, the TR-801 will be going on the lift for an overhaul. I'm dropping a Nichia and 1.4A Nanjg (possibly with an extra chip installed) into it and grinding flat the bezel for a great high CRI EDC. It's an outdated light internally but the host is very solid and well made. Should make an excellent dog-walking torch.

I’ve gotta say that T-mart has got their customer service act together!I PM’ed Sherry Ye after she she responed to this thread.We quickly came to a agreement on what to do, and a different light from the US warehouse was sent instead.The other light, a Small Sun YZ-T13 came in perfect shape and I am very happy with how this all turned out. Mistakes happen, that’s just how things are.How a company deals with mistakes is what sets them apart from others.On this level I must say it is T-mart and Sherry Ye for the win!Thanks again Sherry!

After sending me TR-801, the wrong flashlight the 1st time around, T-mart has made good on the UF-F10 (TK35 look alike). I received the item today and it’s looking good and working fine. No scratches, nicks, nothing. It’s a perfect torch. Thanks Sherry, I’m quite pleased with the outcome and the way you and the customer service have addressed and remedied the issue. I am happy with the flashlight.

I’m wanting to order a Black HD2010 from Tmart, but I’ve just read dozens and dozens of very negative reviews and poor customer service. It makes me unsure if I’ll get what I ordered of any quality, with.poor customer service. That’s not a good way to start ordering from them. Any one have suggestions to company’s with Black HD2010’s with the East-092 driver and preferably a cree xm-l2 u2 1a or 1c emitter. I’m not a big fan of the xml-t6. I myself would be happy to pay a little extra for quick delivery, great customer service, and a light that I wont need to return because of knock off quality? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I think ill steer away from “Tmart ” for now, way to many complaints.
