C30 Flood to throw - $6.32 on ebay

Hi All

First time posting here, but have been lurking for a few months.

I wanted to buy a budget flood to throw to compare with my led lenser p7.

I was looking at the C30 on DX for $9.78, and I think I have found it cheaper here:

I wonder if these cheap ebay lights under 6 dollars have cree emitters? Its hard to imagine they are that cheap with a cree
