I really want a reliable CR123A to feed to my ITP A1 
They should be fine - they are almost certainly Chinese made cells but so are just about everyone else's. As long as the price is OK, they'd be worth a shot.
If you are in the US, I'd take a look at these as they are cheaper and appear to be genuine Panasonics.
I have used a couple that came with a light, and have had no issues with them.
I bought a pack of these (for my one and only CR123 light) and they appear to be pretty good. Shipping to Oz was pretty quick also.
They are just as good as any other ones-slightly lower than Surefire, but those are outrageously priced. Titanium innovations are better for people in the US, but 4Sevens has worldwide free shipping.
