Any experience on these chargers?

I read a lot about chargers. I already have two different charger, one for Li-Ion and one for Ni-Mh. They are good but they are big and i always need both if i use different flashlight. Now i need a ALL-IN-ONE:

- Can charge also one single battery

- Auto shut-off

- Charge Li-Ion and Ni-Mh with different voltage

- Low-Medium Budget

In other post (and also in other forum) i see these two:

If i'm not wrong someone already have them.
What do you think? Are they reliable and safe? They can damage battery? Any comment and advice are welcome!

Tried it: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?267231-HUANGAO-HG-1210W-charger&p=3346213&viewfull=1#post3346213

I've got the little one from DX, which is just fine. I use it for 10440 and 14500 cells, but I have another one I use for 18650's. The light on the 1-bay charger goes green at about 4.12-4.16V. It will hold my 18650's, even the protected ones (barely), but it will take a long time. Also does a decent job on NiMH, but one at a time, so it doesn't get used for that very often.

If you are just getting started with li-ion batteries, it is a cheap way to get a charger, and it is very portable.

@ brted: Thanks , i already use a li-ion charger very fast and reliable but is not portable and now i need a all-in-one.
Does the charger really stop when led goes green?
There'some overcharge/undercharge problem?

@mfm: good review on CPF! Only two question:
- It really stop when the led goes green?
- It is really 2 channel charger? The two channel can works independently?

I also see this review ( http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?288136-Huangao-All-in-one-Charger-HG-1210W ) and it seems not to be 2 channel because with two battery it does not end charging process.

Last question than i stop bother... This two are the same product??

4.9V sounds impossible.Your DMM is probably way off. And 3.08V? Your cells shouldn't even be that low in the first place.

In any case, one should never trust ANY charger for loose li-ion cells on blind faith, one must always test the actual received item for oneself. Even an expensive PILA can and have charged cells too high.

It really stopped for LiFePO4, for LiCo I don't know since the cell holder is too tight. I think it's only one channel.

I read the entire post and seems that someone love this charger (the one from DX) and someone hate it.
The problem is i need a charger for Li-Ion and Ni-MH easy to carry with me and don't seems there are many option...
