These guys are fast!
Ordered a P60 XML drop in around the middle of September. Had it by end of the week.
Just done another 2 orders with them, payment processed and dispatched the same day.
Again, a little Gerbs waits for the mailman!
Only gripe is the website - the photos and the descriptions are bad
But the service! Its SPEEDY!
According to tracking - Kaidomain order has left Hong Kong and is on its way!
However, my DX package has not yet been sent.
Both packages ordered the same day, about an hour apart.

So on average it takes 2.5 to 3 weeks to get here?
I placed an order with Kaidomain on November 28, and never heard another thing from them, my emails went unanswered. 4 weeks later, this morning (Dec. 26) I get an email telling me that my order shipped and I should go to "my account" for more information. I can't believe it took them 4 weeks to process and ship my order, NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this company.
Why are many of their pictures distorted? They are horrible!
Yeah, I was wondering the same, their picture quality is subpar.
Ordered three 3AA-D adapters, received them today, one of them has corrosion, will contact their CS and see what they will offer…

My most recent order arrived yesterday about a month after ordering. That should be acceptable from a Chinese vendor, but maybe I've already been spoiled by Lightscastle and Fasttech.
Shipping was fast, customer service seem to answer fast. Good selection of drivers and some DIY stuff.
I never got the lens I was supposed to get. Customer service is not good. They served me some lies too and had no faith in me as a customer. They did not have faith in my 4 different vernier calipers (2 digital) 3 rulers, or 2 flashlights…
I dont bother with the whole story. But I had lots of issues over a small low value product. I took pictures, made video and yet they did not manage to solve the simple issue of sending me a 28mm AR coated lens… I just gave up on their customer customer service…

Placed an order on 2/20 got my 501b on 2/25. Nicely packaged and was surprised with the brightness of this model! 
My first order with them. Ordered a KD 8x7135 V2 LED Driver 3040mA 17mm and a triple Nichia 219A 20 mm star with optics included. Order arrived two weeks later, rather fast. All is good except they forgot to pack the optics, without them I can’t finish my project light. Now their CS response to my inquiry about the optics is “you already received the order?”. I ordered with tracking so they could have checked themselves as it shows delivered. sigh I hope I get the optics soon.
hallo.for christmas sale for our typical shop in my city we ordered –130 pieces of sipik sk68 with REAL Q5.with no logo,all 3 modes,all with 14500 acu.together with around 50 sk68 with xml t6.,which is real pocket rocket.ALL i controlled-especially the zooming system.we need really cheap,but good,consum orientated flashlight.and all are in perfect conditions.the led is in the middle-exactly,where it should be.all 3 modes,no problems with clip( which was the first problem on many sk68 clones from ebay)….i used dhl,what i paid for-this i get and i cant be happyer…what i as the highest plus,is their very nice and helpfull communication on chat or skype,very helpfull custom service!!! finally it was easy…

Shipping took 18 days first time, 29 day second order. Not as bad as some, but could be better.
Lots of items listed that throw you off when you think you found that part you need……….

Why not put those all on the last page or together somewhere instead of scattered through-out the other listings?
Recently ordered a KD Buckle, and it was here lightning fast - fastest delivery of any East Asian seller recently. Beautiful little light, too - excellent workmanship, and for $5.00!. It makes me laugh at claims that $25+ lights can’t be made excellent “because they’re so low-cost” (cough…Manker…cough)
They have a pretty large thumb down from me, registered and wanted to make my first order but I am constantly getting this error:
contacted them and they just sent me email where I should pay, yeah right, like I am just going to send money without any proof that i ordered anything.
Also, I was not able to find address book where I can store shipping addresses!
Ordered XP-L HI V3 1C tint and am very happy with it, took about 3-4 weeks to get here, tint and brightness are as advertised.

I’ve an order from 3/22 with the same status (Order Pending-waiting to be packed), but the recent PostNL tracking shows “Arrived at sorting center”, so the last Kaidomain status seems not to be always correct.
