Here's a picture of the Fenix RC40

Hehe… just try to calculate how many LED in it. But find it is too blurry.

Sorry it’s the best I could come up with… This will be my next light!!!

4 XM-L U2s, and Rick did you actually get to go? I'm jealous...

No, I found the picture… I wish!! They say there are suppose to be 4 led’s

What flashlight?

Oh no! Why not 5? Four will be similar with Terminator, 5 will at least fill the up the gap between Terminator and X6. More efficient and less heat.
I wish I can attend the show either.

Yeah, what happens when the battery finally craps out? I wonder if you can rebuild the pack?

I'd pass on this one..

That runs on 6 - 18650 battery pack sort of like the Olight SR90.

It will be high current and temperature flashlight. I think Fenix is worried about safety. To me, that is what responsible brands do.
But why not use NIMH batteries instead? That is safe enough that my wife can also use it.

I had to look at the picture a couple of times before I saw a light too. Lol.

Ok, so where's the RC40 in that photo. I don't see it.

Tongue Out

For those of us who have trouble seeing the light I created an alternate image. :P

The TK70 head is 105mm. I’d bet money that Fenix made this head another 1” in diameter or 25.4mm bigger to accomodate the extra LED. So I’m gonna say 130mm size head.

I think RC40 can really hit 3400 lumens with such big head, as it is good for heat sinking.
BlackShadow Terminator head has not enough mass to do that.

huh?.... F the flashlight

Who's the chic?

First thing that came to my mind.... OL, that's how i read your post as well..with sigh of relief

please tell me you hit on her

double post. re: shift thread focus inline

I bet she's got a few RC40 at home

Another pic with specs:

Dangit. I think its rather homely (and of course, too big).

I think it's rather handsome for a homely flashlight :) Does that even make sense?? lol
