Around this time of year postal services in this part of the world is a lottery. Fasttech upgraded one of my orders around this time to Singapore post due citing a backlog with Hong Kong post.
Another positive experience here! My most recent order included a couple of drivers. I received the following email from FastTech regarding the order:

Another great job by FastTech, noticing issues and proactively correcting them promptly. I've since received confirmation that the drivers have now shipped and are on their way. This certainly beats DX's policy of picking up whatever drivers they find on the floor, slapping the needed .SKU tag on the bag, and tossing it in the box...
Fasttech forgot some O-rings in a recent order. I opened a ticket to have them added to my next order. When I woke up the next day, I had a response; apologizing for the error and the item is in one of my my pending orders. Simple and quick.
I just wish I could get the FT Ticket System to work better on Firefox (redirect errors). I had to submit the ticket via Internet Exploder :Sp
Hoping to see some XM-L2 emitters, stars, and lights listed on FT soon… Other vendors are starting to list them and my trigger finger is getting ichy 
I am using Firefox and I have no problem whatsoever with FT website...

I kept getting redirect loop errors in Chrome until I cleared the cookies for FT.

+1. A lot of other vendors seem to have got their hands on it, just a couple of days ago LED-DNA offered it for $7 shipped with any board size of your choice. Harder to resist now…
Received my first order from FT. Enlan Bee, S&W & SRM Knives…Ganzo Multi-Tools. Packaged well, ordered on 2/26 dlvd 3/6 via USPS first class…that is 8 days to Texas!
Pretty cool that they have a picture of your package when it ships.
Love their website and the fact that it is easy to refine what you are looking for. I think that "upgrading" to shipping via Hong Kong post office wasnt so useful as it promised to be!
Ordered MT40 on 2/26/13, shipped on 2/28/13 and as of 3/4/13 it is sitting in HK post office
with status: "The item was posted and is being processed for delivery to the addressee"...
I had better luck with packages sent through Singapore post office :/

I received my TrustFire protected Flames 18650X8 from DX few days ago, and they have all been charged with my nitecore charger and are just eager to play I bought two sets of batterys for my
light so ive got power at all time.
It seems to be hard to find a good holster for this beauty because of the rare can shaped size, but
it looks like I have found a very cheap solution to that. I found this on ebay at only US $3.39
You can use this on youre belt, and strap it in. Easy access and adjustable for most of youre lights, exept youre huge ones

2. One thing I realise about FastTech is that we have lots of users giving reviews here, but on their products there are very few reviews.
3. FastTech might consider to blank out or allow custom names for reviews. Because I believe many don’t like their full username to be displayed out.
The reviews are written with a nickname, no problem with that.
I think it’s the best way, because you can see what else reviews someone made.
I haven’t done many reviews because there is no edit function and I always make some mistakes…but they said that this function will be added sometime.
Also every mistake in description I found and reported, was made clear immediately.
The xtar 16340 are cheap but not so good as nitecore 16340. But I have no numbers in head, the nitecore seem to have the advertised capacity the xtar not. so I ordered just nitecore and they are nice.

Since you ask, can you supply info on LED life vs. junction temperature?
There seems to be a constant tradeoff between LED brightness and LED lifetime and the heat sinking and forced air cooling doesn’t seem practical for flashlights.
If your particular info is proprietary, can you supply links to generic technical data?

@DumBulb I think Jasmine works in customer support department (and she is doing a great job if I may say so) she does not manufacture the LEDs, that is a question for CREE or respected manufacturer...
