Fasttech - interesting new products - Flashlights, chargers, batteries and DIY and knives - please no discussions.

.
This is not a 15A clicky - only 1.5A. Take a closer look at the picture and you will notice the “.” between 1 and 5. You can also google for KAN28.

Well spotted. I thought it looked pretty small (and cheap) to be able to take 15A.

Micro USB MHL to HDMI TV Adapter Cable for Samsung Galaxy S3 - I was surprised this cable actually works like a champ, the one I bought for four times the price at the ATT store had poor connection at the micro plug.

HDMI adapter

Interesting new products section today, some convoy hosts, and xml2, both bare emitters and soldered on stars

yep, I’ve got a cunning plan for an m2 in the near future…

The XM-L2 LED are cheaper as the prices from other shops, but notice the bin. FT has only XM-L2 T6 1B and 1C (both with 16mm, 20mm or without base). The BLF coupon code works and you get the price of $5,41 - 5,87 without a base.

Non-Aff-Link

INTL_Outdoor sells the XM-L2 for about $6,95-9,45 with other bins (T6 1A, T6 0D, T6 E3 Chromaticity group: 3B, 3C, 3A, 3D Tint: Neutral white and T2 E8 Chromaticity group: 8B, 8C, 8A, 8D Tint: Warm white).

I’d noticed that. Hopefully xm-l2 u2 and t6 nw will become available again. I still have a nw saved for whatever special host catches my eye, it could in all honesty be that it ends up in an l2 host. I’ll hit you up for a link buwuve if when I get one

Pricecontrol do not work with this flashlight, but you can save 5% with coupon BLF. Your price will be $37,48 - Non Aff-Link

This could be a nice driver, if you want one with different groups. 1 Group: 1 Mode - 2 Group: hi, mid, low - 3 Group: Ramping 1-100% with memory - 4 Group: Blink modes.

FT has a 3A and a 5A version, both with an overheat protection (55-60°C). Price (with BLF coupon) $5,88 (3A) $6,08 (5A) - Non Aff-Link

Dave - Your kidding, right?

Please explain as I’m not sure what harm they cause.

You know, putting the final price after the promo code is not a good idea.

I think it would be best if this thread listed the advertised price on Fasttech’s website and then say a discount can be had by entering PRICECONTROL without mentioning the final price.

Otherwise, as we have seen, FT’s competitors and even the manufacturers themselves end up creating problems for them that can only hurt us in the long run and could change FT’s ability to continue providing great service at a great price in the future - it could potentially even be an existential threat.

Just a thought!

Nitecore EA8 and EA8W

99.90 USD minus PRICECONTROL

Great price! Those will not last long.

I think its quite interesting they have gotten Led Lenser products (H7 P7 today).
Their prices are really good. Especially on P7 (26,3:money_mouth_face:.

Shipping question…

February 18th, from Fasttech, to the United States. Still not here by March 14. A couple of small orders without tracking numbers have not arrived, while those with tracking have made it (East Coast United States)…

is this normal?

I think so, they’ve mentioned a few times that the non-tracked option can take ages. That’s why they put the ‘highly recommended’ tag on the tracked one.

I’ve been looking up the signs of fakes for those LED lensers they’ve added, simply due to the price being so low. As far as I can tell they are both genuine, but someone else having another look would probably be useful before anyone takes my word for it.

The S10 and S20 can go directly from off to hi or moonlight depending if you press and release, or press and hold.

Fasttech is truly amazing, making me spend all my money!
