CNQUALITYGOODS slipping?

If you find a post from him here, you can if he’s online, or when the last time he was on. If you see him online, then maybe PM him is another way?

Either that, or he may monitor the BLF with another user id, in which case you couldn’t tell :(…

Later,
Jim

I guess eventually he comes through….too bad it is not faster, and it probably is happening because he is so busy. It appears that Fasttech has a more refined system….and it is automated.

It really has nothing to do with him being “busy” on my order for example it “shipped” out the next day, However it took the 3rd party he uses more time to tender it to Singapore Post Office than FastTech gets it to your door. In-fact I can back it up with tracking, I ordered from FastTech on the same day I placed cnqg order and then yet another order 2 days later with FastTech and both orders were already in my hands Before the 3rd party Ric uses even took it to Singapore Post to put it in the Row Boat they use.

This happens on all orders, I’ve had it happen in the past and asked Ric why don’t You just take it directly to the PO yourself? and what’s up with Singapost in the first place? never got an answer on that either I thought he was in China?

Here’s how it goes;

1. CNQG gives the package to 4PX (3rd party freight handler) they are based out of Singapore
2. 4PX takes your package on a 2 week holiday touring Singapore
3. 4PX then tenders your package to Singapore Post
4. Singapore Post then scans it into the Post System and for us USA customers we then see the package has been Officially tendered to the PO.
5. It drops off the radar, so it must be put on a row boat or something because it won’t show up for another 3+ weeks.

Funny how it takes Singapore Post 3 weeks to bring it across the pond, whereas HK Post has it in San Fransisco in 2 Days using regular 1st Class Mail; even using Express Service CNQG couldn’t get it done in that time-frame, been there done that too.

Tried a few times to get Ric to change this but he just says he never had a problem before, yet anyone that’s been around for awhile knows it’s not true……so instead of fixing this he just buries his head in the sand, hoping it will arrive before the PayPal dispute does.

8 march still haven’t got it… Have emailed them many times but never get any respons… Starting to belive a never gonna get it.

@ tiggis time to open a dispute with PayPal to protect yourself, sounds like it’s lost.

Is that i didn’t buy thru paypal so i can not do that… Think i have to consider that the money and light i lost…

Tiggis,

Dispute through the credit card company!
I purchased some stuff with Visa and did not use paypal. I received merchandise that was damaged. The vendor never responded to my emails….so I contacted Visa and finally got connected to their “dispute resolution department”. Had to send in all email correspondence and electronic invoices….had the money back in my account the next day!

Mike

I placed my first order at CNQG three weeks ago. Is it normal that you hear absolutely nothing from them? Not even an order confirmation?

I am beginning to worry that they somehow missed my order.

Check your credit card to see if amount went through
Did you create an account at CNQG’s……should have info on your account page regarding order.

There's nothing wrong with the payment, I already checked that...

And I didn't create an account when I ordered, now I think that was a mistake

I have done that myself……now I try to create an account just for the ease of confirming/checking on order. Have you used the “complaint” form on the CNQG’s website. I got an answer after I filled that out. May have been a coincidence, however.

I wrote an email today, but since it's weekend now I'll give them a few days to answer.

Steve it can be normal not to hear from them, I ordered through paypal money transfer and they didn’t send me a confirmation, but after I emailed Ric a few times he said that everything was ok and my order was shipped (BTU Shocker). I was lucky in that I got my shocker in only 3 weeks (or a bit less). He definitely needs to be more responsive to his customers… but I love the BTU shocker and hes the only guy you can get it from so…

Thanks for the heads up.

Usually I just order and forget, but today I received an order from Fasttech that I placed the same day I ordered from CNQG, which made me think about what happened to that.

Thusfar every order from cnqg eventually came through, with varying delivery times. I never mailed about late orders, so I also had no problem with them not being responsive enough :-)

I have bought a lot of lights from Ric. Never had a problem and always found postage time to be reasonable.

Even after all the fuss…I still am going to place an order for the BTU Shocker! Just will use PayPal and log into CNQG’S website. That way you will have a few places that confirm order 8)

Ric responded to my email re. shipping of my DQG IV AAA in under 2 days. Light is on its way and I am happy…

I placed two big orders ( big for me at least) one from cnqg, one from fasttech, both on the 28th march within an hour of each other.

The cnqg order arrived today, I was notified of shipment within a day. The fasttech order seemed to take a week to ship.

Cnqg is still one of my favourite stores.

Ya….but Fasttech has the word “fast” in their name!!!
