they've lied on their descriptions and sent me a bunch of junk instead of the ligtht I ordered ... they've had this C3 at a giveaway price on their site for a month and I've called them every name in the book and they haven't changed the description yet .. call me greedy but i ordered 25 (a month ago ) ..I was gonna order 100 ..obviously i'm glad i didn't ..I have no idea who or what Lazer point is ..I am hugely burnt and couldn't give a damn about stainless steel C3's from any company if they were giving them away ... good luck to you all if it leads back to focal .... RUN.
Sounds like they just sent you a whole bunch of copies of the wrong light (and a stupid showerhead light, awful). The 10% off thing is just torn from the little red book of Chinese customer service; it's like starting a letter with "Dear Sir". I've gone ahead and made a .pdf of the web page and downloaded their pictures of the C3. The thing that disturbs me is the brownish tint of the stainless, like these have been in a fire or something. I'm hoping for the best and hopefully you can get your issue worked out with them, though for such a large number of lights, they probably aren't going to be as cooperative and may insist on returning the lights, certainly at their expense.

Hey quick question for anyone that already has a C3... what size o-ring would fit the groves in the center of the main body tube? I want to install GITD o-rings like Trustfire uses on the F25. It makes for a sweet looking torch. I'm guessing either 18mm or 16mm.
There are a lot of different SS C3s and clones out there. I have a 98mm Aurora SH-035 branded one and a 93mm Ultrafire C3 branded one. The grooves in both are quite shallow and a 16mm ring is going to roll about most annoyingly. To get them to stay in place you'll probably have to go to q4mm but you are going to break some getting them over the flare of the body tube. I'd use 16s and some glue to hold them in place. I'm not fond of the styling of the F25 anyway. But tastes vary..
I'd go for much thicker rings than the usual Chinese ones - they'll be more trouble to get on but stand a good chance of staying in place once attached.
And another 25$ to send the right item .. after a month of them jerking me around are you surprised i don't trust them to send me the right item ?? i don't want to hate anyone ... these people make you hate them .i wish i was face to face with them and could solve this quickly . a screwdriver buried into their thigh might work well .
It was their mistake, so they should pay for return shipping (or maybe send you even more C3's), but with this number of lights I can understand them wanting them back. I wouldn't even want one of those crappy 9-LED lights if they were free.
That's going to be a tough one to work out. You don't want them giving you money back for shipping right now and then them thinking they are off the hook. They would still owe you the original shipment. You will want clear proof that they understand the terms of any kind of agreement. What should happen is they pay you now to return the lights, then they ship you the original order when they receive the returned ones. Hopefully you used PayPal and can get it all sorted before anything expires. You might file the dispute right now and then ask PayPal for time extensions as this thing drags out.
Their price for the C3 is about the same though and the pictures seem to be exactly the same as Lazerpoint's (no surprise since they are all focalprice).
A PDF file of the webpage seems like a good idea and I just did that. I hope that I won't have to resort to it and they ship the propper item. Not a lot of money on the line (ordered just one) but I'm still willing to stand up for the principal if something totally out of harmony with what they advertise arrives. We're in this together and any upcoming suggestions are appreciated.
Try out and see what you get. I've got yesterdays page. It's good way to find old page that was recently changed. Might not worked every time - depend's on google technology.

I didn't order 8 lights, just 1. I was asking if anyone had ordered 8 because it had gone from 1 to 2 to 4 just before then. But I didn't know that Boaz had already ordered 25!
My order showed shipped almost right away, so fast I didn't really believe it. Ordered the 18th, shipped the 18th.
